12th May 2026 (14 days ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

14th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Tried selling a flat with them and it was a drawn out and painful process. It lasted more than a year before it fell through. Going with their contractors and solicitors was the biggest mistakes I made in the sale. I thought if I went with their recommendations, they will facilitate the process, but no. One was dishonest and the other one completely incompetent. Stuart Edward was initially responsive, but then when run into problems months down the line, Lindsey stopped answering calls and the boss Stuart did not call back when messages left. I was left on my own to deal with all the technicality and mess. It was so horrible and stressful, I do not wish it on anyone. Two stars was being very generous as they were ok initially. I went with them because I wanted to support family business. Never again.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.

15th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Failed to turn up to a pre arranged viewing to which I had travelled 190 miles to attend, they blamed this on their systems not the users, To make matters worse they valued the house at initially £1.15m and then reduced in to £850k. Even without an internal viewing I could tell the house house had such roof and structural issues that it probably needed knocking down. Which as a building plot resuklted in a vaue of £400k. Avoid this agency.

21st Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Jools was so helpful, she knew everything about the area, she took the most amazing pictures and marketed the house in a way that almost made me want to buy it! From knowing about the benefits of the kind of windows we had to knowing the direction the garden and the way lighting would change through the day. Everything! You'd think it was her house the way she spoke about it. She was amazing. And on top of all that, the most genuinely nice and helpful person. I couldn't have wished for anyone nicer to help us with the sale. We had previously spoken to other estate agents but Jools just put us totally at ease and made it so much less stressful than we ever thought it could be. I can't thank her and her team enough!
