26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 12th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)The local branch director was remote and almost impossible to contact. The sales girls were hopeless. For example, they got the name of one prospective byer wrong three times in emails, they arranged unaccompanied viewings without consulting us despite being told to email rather than phone for early morning rather than afternoon as specified by us and without checking the potential byers actual ability to make the purchase. When we had had enough of this pantomime I finally managed to speak to the director, although I had specified the communication should be by email, and reiterated our concerns with their service thus far to which he responded: "What do you want me to do" so I told him in no uncertain terms what I would like him to do.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

We had the first buyers dropping off right before exchange but they both persisted, helped put the house back on the market straight away and throughout the entire time Lois was an invaluable help, pushing solicitors to provide updates, arranging surveys, communicating frequently with us. They also phone to update you. They do the viewings and then you get feedback. Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home. Thank you Mike and Gino from Homesale for going the extra mile for us, and supporting us every step of the way.
