Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.

The house sale was following the death of my mother and bairstow eves were very helpful in providing assistance and advice throughout. They were sensitive to my circumstances and this sale being managed over some considerable distance. I would particularly like to name Sam who constantly kept me informed and also Dave who was always there to answer my questions if Sam was unavailable. This is Pam.
2nd Jan 2026 (23 days ago)I did start to sell my flat with them but found better agents. over 2 months later my property gets shown on their site for sale on 25/12/25 to 2/1/26. Burchell Edwards are not my agents who are selling my flat nor professiol too in their dealings. this is vintictive attack to mess up my sale. dont trust them.

Several tenants interested but Georgie helped me to find the right tenant for me and the property. All the team at Belvoir are very friendly and helpful and looking forward to continuing to use them as our agent.

All the staff Zac, Jake, Rebecca, Maggy and Sarah were polite, communicated well and contributed to a quick sale at the asking price and an early completion

Initially told me all the windows and door keys were available but when it was time to hand over the keys he said they are lost. Overall not a good experience
