21st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.

From start to finish, they were professional, compassionate, and always on hand to guide us through the process. A special shout out to Kiara, who was simply amazing throughout. Her attention to detail, constant updates, and genuine care made such a difference. Kiara went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and kept us informed at every stage. Her kindness and expertise were second to none. If you’re looking for a company that takes the stress out of selling a home, I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor Cole. They really made a challenging time so much easier for us :)

We came from London to Coventry and we did a lot of paper work with you guys, but unfortunately we got rejected because of racism. We got what we was looking with another property agency.

20th Dec 2024 (27 days ago)Terrible service what’d to see a house but was under offer got told on the phone that if offer falls through they will contact me for a viewing I noticed it still on market on right move week later I ring up got a viewing but they also gave some else a viewing before me they put offer before me that night witch I was not expecting you could do with the office closed as I rang up put in offer when they apparently opened at 9 lost the house because of bad communication from them will not be using then again

Jan in particular is an extremely professional and knowledgeable lady, she returned telephone calls when asked, often within minutes and provided guidance throughout the process. She also provided me with details of a specialist service as I was having difficulty locating one. I also feel I need to mention Steve, what a great chap, professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise! I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. I would 100% recommend them for any sale or purchase. Thanks again Martin & Co!

Right from the beginning Karen looked after the paperwork side of things and this was completed with ease and efficiency. Thereafter, Sam was our daily, (sometimes hourly) contact and kept us informed. Sam was a shining star and went above and beyond her call of duty, even messaging us whilst on holiday!! The team at Coleshill deserve this recognition because nothing was too much trouble. They were diligent at all times and carried-out their duties with professionalism.

Always would answer questions I had. Quick and reliable. Didn't have to contact them for repairs so I don't know how they are in terms of that, I went direct through landlord. Potentially need to advertise more, even in Earlsdon area not as well known.

All in all a superb experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

18th Jul 2024 (5 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

They are with you every step of the way and fully manage all aspects of letting a property out finding suitable tenants and dealing with everything for what I consider a reasonable fee with no crafty hidden extras. I know it sounds like an old cliché but the staff really cannot do enough for you even the directors get involved to ensure everything goes really smoothly during the letting process or the sale of a property so I would one hundred percent recommend you trust their skills and expertise and I have not and would not ever use any other sales or letting agent because with Archer Bassett you truly get that personal touch which the others do not give you. We had a lot of issues with the estate agent we listed our old property with, but Sarah at Rezide was always there to offer her support and guidance to help overcome the issues we were faced with. Rezide Group demonstrated excellent knowledge and experience in the industry, and if we do make the decision to sell again, Rezide Group is going to be our first choice! Will recommend to all our friends and family who are looking to move in the near future. Thanks again Sarah and the team!

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings.
