24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.
30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

15th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)All the people I dealt with were friendly and professional, helpful, realistic and down to earth. I was always kept in the loop about what was happening and emailed confirming any important events - e.g. viewing bookings, offers. I was really impressed with the photographs taken of my house.
7th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I was thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated. The agreement said they would show prospective purchasers around they showed one couple around I showed the remainder around. They did not once ring and let me know how things were going I did all the chasing. I would think twice about recommending them I think because you signed their agreement they can treat you like s t. Disgusted estate agents.

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.
9th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.
