The attention to detail and customer service from the management and booking team was outstanding. The lodge was top quality and had every facility to make the stay comfortable. Would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future.

19th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

16th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
13th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Strakers kept finding us potential buyers and organising viewings despite three sales falling through. They were persistent, empathetic and kept in touch. They have kept an eye on the place since it has been empty and honestly they couldn't have been more helpful. I really would recommend them. Quite honestly, they are the full package and their friendly staff are second to none.
