I was dubious about it but Craig and Claire know their market. Cannot praise them highly enough. Excellent service and support. Would highly recommend them

They worked to our timescales and were responsive the whole way through the process. So far we cannot fault their service and are very grateful they made the process less stressful.

22nd May 2021 (3 years ago)If I could of put 0 stars I would of Pointless for this place to be up and running NO ONE and I mean no one ever replies to your emails, they advertise properties yet do not reply when your requesting a viewing Rude ignorant people do not waste your time with them.
20th Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)We recently sold our property and purchased via St George’s. Darren and the team promised a smooth sale and that is what happened. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to move.- 20th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

14th Mar 2025 (9 days ago)Recently sold my property using the wickford Branch. Ross had initially come to view and value my property and the rest was history. It was sold after the first few viewings. Ewan at the branch was my main contact and he went above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always on the other end of the line when i needed updates. I can’t fault any of the team. Mary and Sarah also have to get a mention, who were all willing to help and provide me with updates. With regards to my purchase as well, Amber showed me around and had clearly done her homework on the property and development. Many thanks to all the team and I would highly recommend using balgores to purchase or sell properties.
