As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

She has assisted in getting my rental repainted and organised with getting the queries and defects resolved. Georgia arranged a inspection of my rental promptly, unlike 4 previous appointments made by Gemma Woods, that never materialised. I would recommend Georgia Peters, without reservation. I deeply appreciated their compassion during what could have been a stressful time. I was actually abroad while the sale was being processed, and their conduct was exemplary. The level of care they showed when speaking to my family and coordinating the collection of the keys was truly appreciated. I would strongly recommend contacting them for preliminary talks to see if they are the right fit for your property needs.
16th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)After raising an issue with Chandler Garvey relating to the parking area at a local shopping parade in Maidenhead suffering from an uneven potholed surface, Gesica the Facillities Manager responded very quickly in a professional, informative and helpful manner. A temporary repair of a large pothole was carried out quickly and the entire parking area was resurfaced and parking spaces remarked in 2 weeks. A huge Thank You on behalf of myself and the local Community, Great Job!

25th May 2026 (25 days ago)Very happy sellers! Dale provided excellent service and expertise at valuation. We went on the market at a difficult time in 2025. Speculation and uncertainty around the budget made for a difficult few months with no viewings. But, the week of the budget we had our first viewing with Beth and they offered the same day. We had a problematic chain, but both Beth and Dale both kept us up to date with progress and although it took a while, we have just successfully completed. The newest member of the team, Ben, communicated efficiently at exchange and completion and I'm sure will be a valuable member of the Bonners and Babingtons team.

5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.

Great advice, punctual for meetings and great communication throughout.
