16th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Such an easy, smooth process when I was looking for a flat, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they called me back when they said they would, they confirmed all the appointments were still going ahead, they explained everything in a very clear way and kept me updated at each step. In what could have been an incredibly stressful process, they made it very easy for me. I primarily dealt with Emily, who was so personable and made me feel very at ease, keeping me up to date at every step. The industry needs more people like Emily and the team at Home & Castle.

Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair and genuine letting agents. Thank you Louise.

17th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely fantastic service from Matt from start to finish. He never felt like your typical estate agent—more like a friend who genuinely wanted to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

We worked together for two years and they were a great help to us during the move; in fact, the whole team supported us even whilst we were looking for a new home. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !
