Was really easy to talk to and knew alot about the surrounding area.<br>Cant reccomend them enough and should we decide to move on, Fulfords St Budeaux would be our 1st call.<br><br>Thank you to James and the team for making the move really smooth and being supportive.

Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. I especially like the combination of local market knowledge with professional marketing, virtual tours and accompanied viewings. Keeping clients updated throughout the sales progression is another important touch, particularly when moving house can become stressful. The team comes across as knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely focused on providing personal service rather than treating every property the same.
