Within a short time they had achieved an asking price offer on my house!<br>I am truly grateful to the staff in the Wareham office for their professionalism, especially Marcus, who has patiently guided me through the minefield of conveyancing!<br>I would recommend Domvs Estate Agents without hesitation.

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

As a result the sale, which is always a protracted and difficult task, was made entirely possible. 28th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Lack of Transparency and Poor Service<br><br>I instructed Reeds Rains to find a tenant for my property and opted for their Rent Collection service. I relied on the Fee Table provided at the front of the agreement to understand the costs — as any reasonable person would. What I was not told, either verbally or in the Fee Table, was that a hidden exit fee equivalent to one month's rent plus VAT would apply if I later chose to manage the property myself.<br><br>This fee was buried in the body of the contract with no signposting. Had it been disclosed, I would never have chosen this service.<br><br>The service itself was equally poor. They failed to collect the very first rental payment — my tenant had to tell me the rent was overdue. They also failed to contact the tenant before the end of the first year to discuss renewal, as their own documentation required. Both times, my tenant came to me directly.<br><br>I have now escalated through two stages of their complaints process without any meaningful engagement on the core issue, and will refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman if Stage 3 does not resolve it. Any landlord considering this service should read every clause of the Terms of Business carefully — the Fee Table does not give you the full picture.

Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.

7th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Stop leaving constant voicemails to sell my deceased relatives property - I only had to get a valuation for probate purposes and now deeply regret ever requesting this "service". The valuation itself was questionable as it matched no other valuation performed by other (competent) estate agents, plus the valuer made distasteful Pro trump comments during their visit. Avoid this company like the plague.

Was worried about the process of renting through an agent but it was a breeze. They were so so helpful and got me into a new property in around 3 weeks :) they have totally changed my view on renting through agent now. Becky was an absolute superstar making the process so easy and straightforward. Thank you again everyone ??

8th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

We really valued his enthusiasm and optimism as well as his local market knowledge.<br><br>Having the regular Whatsapp updates is a great feature and we could easily keep in contact with George and Jack.<br><br>We had a good amount of interest within 2-3 weeks and achieved a fast sale.<br><br>Really happy with the service we got from Enfields and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
