15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

Every step of the way I have found them to be professional and wonderful people to work with. I would like to send a special thank you to Beverley who has been a joy to work with, always available for advice and help when I needed it. A real partner throughout. If you have a property you'd like to let then do give her a call.<br><br>And when I came to sell my flat, the sales team - Andy & Mark - came over the hill like the cavalry, expertly selling the property in under 4 weeks during one of the toughest periods the UK has suffered in the property market. Very impressive.<br><br>I thoroughly recommend using Cardens for lettings & sales. Fantastic service by fantastic people who know what they're talking about. Thank you all.

After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

They kept me informed at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market and willingness to help really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent in Plymouth!- 27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.<br><br>We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.<br><br>Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.<br><br>Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.<br><br>10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.

They handled the sale of my mum’s house very professionally and were always helpful, approachable and kept me well informed throughout the process.<br><br>They were responsive whenever I had questions and always took the time to explain what was happening. The whole team were friendly and professional, and I felt the sale was in safe hands throughout.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They have a lovely bright office on the hugh street too with friendly staff always there to help. Open all day Saturday too which helps when you work full time! Highly recommended.
