1st Apr 2026 (5 days ago)We do not recommend working with this branch, particularly with Ms Alina Alexa, Director (Management), Lettings. The service provided was highly unprofessional. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation with the landlord or offering a formal apology, the communication was extremely rude and lacking in basic professionalism.- 16th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)Throughout the purchase of our flat, Soraya J's help was invaluable. From the first viewing she was proactive, very helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. We hit various issues - some small others potentially serious - during the course of the purchase but her ability to bring parties together to get answers and find information quickly which otherwise would have been really difficult was outstanding. Very highly recommended indeed. We couldn't have been in better hands.

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, they never once avoided my (often stressed!) phone calls and were always patient, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the process. No matter how busy they were, they always made time to support us, which made a huge difference. Ciara was fantastic right from the beginning, taking control of the viewings and presenting our property beautifully to potential buyers. Her professionalism and enthusiasm really stood out. Ross completely understood what we were looking for in a future home and found us the perfect property in the perfect area, we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Ross and Amanda were absolutely instrumental in pushing our sale through a particularly difficult chain. We genuinely believe that without their persistence and dedication, the move would not have happened. Amanda went above and beyond, it was clear she truly cared, even to the point of losing sleep over the process alongside us. Knowing someone was as invested in our move as we were was incredibly reassuring. We are now very happy in our new home and feel extremely grateful for the commitment, hard work, and genuine care shown by the entire team. My journey to selling my property started with a frustrating and ultimately "useless" experience with Purple Bricks. After months of poor communication and zero results, I decided to switch gears and instructed Jamie to take over the listing. It was the best decision I could have made. From the very first conversation, Jamie was absolutely brilliant. Unlike the previous agency, his communication was "on point" all the way through; I was never left wondering what was happening with my sale. He provided the kind of expert, proactive advice that is essential for getting a deal over the line in today’s market. What really impressed me was his resilience. When our initial sale fell through, an incredibly stressful moment for any seller, Jamie didn't miss a beat. He relisted the property immediately and managed to bring on a new buyer almost instantly. His ability to maintain momentum and stay ambitious for the best result made all the difference. If you have a property to sell and want someone who actually cares about the outcome and communicates every step of the way, give E10 Homes a go. You won’t look back. Thank you, Jamie, for your hard work and professionalism!- 25th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I strongly advise against trusting Foxtons, as my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. In particular, the agent Andrea Puddu, based in the Wapping office, failed to disclose significant issues with the flat I rented. Only after moving in did I discover numerous problems that had never been mentioned during the process. When I raised these concerns, I received no meaningful support, and the situation was effectively ignored. I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. I would urge others to proceed with caution and carefully consider their options before using this agency.
