He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, patient and supportive throughout the entire process, especially as my mother is elderly. Communication was always clear, and we were kept updated every step of the way, which made the process far less stressful. The team worked hard to secure a sale, and Petya in particular was exceptional throughout. She was always approachable, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would happily recommend Gascoigne-Pees, Sutton to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Thank you again for all your help!
