From start to finish she’s been kind, attentive and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible - always on hand to answer questions, chase progress and keep things moving when they might otherwise have stalled. What could easily have been an overwhelming experience has felt surprisingly manageable thanks to Elisabeth. I highly recommend!

Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

19th May 2026 (2 days ago)I contacted Hamptons Balham to help sell my property, and I did so because I worked there and remembered a great team. To my surprise, the newly formed team were only able to get me 4 viewings within the several months my property was online. Once I have given them notice and asked that the keys are dropped back to me whenever they had time, Davina was lovely and emailed her team to do just that. Tom who is the head of sales then sent a very rude email and said “they are not uber drivers or couriers” and that the new agent should come and collect them (even though I never said there was another agent). I would have also been happy to collect the keys if they emailed me nicely to say this is the process. Moral of the story, Tom is extremely rude and I would not recommend you trust him with selling your property - he was only nice at the beginning when he wanted my business. I have told him his email was rude and then sent yet another rude email - do what you will with this information but I would advise against using Hamptons as your agents.
28th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Lewis and the team at Davies were exceptional to deal with from the very start. We were treated very well and never felt rushed or as “one of many”buyers. Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.
15th May 2026 (6 days ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

I dealt with Stephen Waller in the branch who offered an impeccable service from the moment I first met him. He kept in touch through out the transaction, was always polite and professional, was constantly liasing with the solicitors and was a great help . 21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord

2nd Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Avoid this branch. I booked a lettings valuation and received multiple emails confirming the date and time, but no one showed up. When I tried to call, I was dismissed rather than helped. I will be taking my business elsewhereand I would recommend others do the same

1st May 2026 (20 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with Fred Haqiar at Kearns Residential over the past two years. As a property manager, he has consistently been helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any issues were handled promptly and professionally, which made renting much smoother and less stressful. Kearns Residential as a whole has been reliable and well-organised, and it’s clear they take good care of both tenants and properties. I’d definitely recommend Fred and the team to anyone looking for a dependable property management service.
