While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.
19th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Thank you to Debbie Anderson in particular who if it wasn't for you, I don't think our sale would of been possible. She constantly kept everyone in the loop. Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)My cousin called the lettings office to arrange a viewing for a rental property. A female answered the phone and she said: we are organising viewings at 7pm for this property. You can go there and the tenant will show you arround, You should make sure you get there tonight because it is cheap and it will go quick. The property was indeed £150 under the market rent of similar properties in the area. When I heard this I thought to myself: this is a letting agent who cant be bothered to attend their own viewings and the purposely advertise under the market rent so the flat rents quick without them leaving their office ( the building was 5 mins from their office ) regardless of the fact that the landlord who has a mortgage will get much less than other landlords in the area get for similar properties . I never heard of such a lazy letting agent . I just dont think is safe for a tenant to attend a lettings viewing without the estate agent , the tenant in the property could be a maniac with an agressive dog left alone with the viewer.

11th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Unresponsive and no one ever answers calls or emails. Impossible to discuss or even view a property. I don't understand how they're in business and why they manage all of Southwark commercial properties?
13th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)When considering the sale of rental property in Forest Hill we approached Pickwick Estates, who were marketing a nearby home and engaged directly with Paolo, who provided an accurate valuation remotely. Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.
7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.<br><br>Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

Their communication is excellent - emails with feedback from every viewing, regular video calls with the excellent Foivos (who is great and worked really hard), and super-fast WhatsApp group to all relevant staff. One of the big reasons we went with A&M was that Matteo talked about them having Cara, a member of staff who helped keep the transaction moving after they were negotiated by the sales agent. Cara is absolutely invaluable - she saved my sanity when bumps naturally arose in the process. It was so useful having Cara there, to raise issues that may take much longer to surface via solicitors. Alex & Matteo were definitely the right choice for us - down to earth, and felt wholly different than any other estate agents I've encountered.
5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!
