While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

We had two minor issues from the buyer which were quickly resolved. So if you want a stress free experience Slades are the way forward. Thank you all.

Julie, Robbie, Amy, the whole team have not only bent over backwards for us, they have gone way more than the extra mile and become very good friends to boot! Handled every aspect of the sale of our house and every bump in the road with the purchase of our new one (and there were many), with calmness, professionalism and genuine care (along with lots of snacks and cuddles for our dog) - they kept us going through to the end, and got us into our dream home. Thanks guys.
18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

26th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

30th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
