I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

14th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

My sale took longer than usual because of some issues in the process , but Donna gave her full attention to this and was completely dedicated to chasing the solicitors and updating me as quick as she could. Donna went over and above for me, even replying to emails on her day off. Thanks so much.

Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!
17th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?
27th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)We chose Bevilles to sell our much loved Edwardian property because of their long standing reputation as an outstanding estate agent. We were not dissappointed: We did not have a straightforward sale by any means, but Bevilles provided wise counsel throughout. They just have so many years' experience selling in Sonning Common and the neighbouring villages. They know the area and everyone knows them. It is not just Richard, but the whole team who work together and are always there when you need them. After two buyers pulled out and then seemingly endless viewings, our sale ended up in a bidding war. We were extremely pleased with the winning buyer who clearly loved the property as much as we did. We felt that, thanks to Bevilles, we were able to leave our rather special house and garden in very good hands.

As immigrants with no guarantor support, he made our move-in process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from day one. He was always responsive, supportive, and quick to handle any maintenance or repair issues. His kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued, and he went above and beyond in every way. We only moved because of a work relocation out of London. We’re incredibly grateful for all his help and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in London.

They were ALWAYS available, and we were supported by regular visits and phone calls.<br>The open days and house viewings were stress free as Dean and Dierdre managed them. They got interested people through the door and kept us informed throughout.<br>They genuinely cared about us, and our concerns. At the same time they acted in the best interests of our buyer.<br>I do not hesitate to recommend Ewe Move Cheam and Sutton!
19th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have now been in our new home for almost 4 weeks and are very happy with what is our forever home. We purchased through Taylor Brightwell and feel incredibly fortunate that we were given the opportunity to buy it after initially missing out. We didn’t sell our property through Taylor Brightwell however the communication we were provided with throughout the whole process from them was excellent especially from Fiona who contacted us on a weekly basis to update us on the progress. We found her knowledgeable and informative and very pleasant to deal with and were very fortunate to have her keeping us informed. Additionally a mention to Clare who we have previously viewed a number of properties with before our final one as she has always been easy going and informative and never made us feel rushed. Overall they made what is a very stressful process a whole lot better.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
