20th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

We’d had an awful experience with Sanford’s in Regents Park and he completely restored our faith helping us secure a beautiful flat. His communication is top notch I never had to chase for anything and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help provide access when needed to set up utilities. The whole process was fast, smooth and so professional. Thank you Glen and Compton Reeback!
3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!
21st May 2026 (30 days ago)Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!

He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord. Thank you Honey and Mann Countrywide!

Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!

2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I recently let my 2 bedroom property through Andrews Residential and I can honestly say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless.. The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly. I was very impressed with Andrews Residential. My property was rented in no time. I would highly recommend this agency
17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a very disappointing experience with Chestertons while securing a rental property. At the beginning, the process seemed smooth. However, as the move-in date approached, communication became extremely poor. We had to make multiple calls just to reach the manager the day before our scheduled move. Only later that evening were we informed that the property would not be ready for move-in the next day. This caused significant inconvenience, including rescheduling movers and packers, rearranging plans, and taking additional leave from work. We were then advised of a new move-in date two days later, which we accommodated. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the property was still not ready, and the move had to be delayed once again by another day. Throughout the process, various excuses were given, including staffing shortages and issues involving the landlord. We did not want to get involved in determining whose fault it was, but these repeated explanations only further reflected the lack of professionalism and poor management. Overall, it was very stressful and disappointing experience.

From day 1, he was clear in his communication, professionalism and attention to customer service. He is a great asset to him community and his organisation. This was my first time speaking to an agent and it was seemless. I would 100% recommend Nav for all your future lettings, rental and property purchasing needs. We will definitely be using OC homes and Nav moving forward!

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We haven't heard anything from Connells since our valuation appoint last Saturday. Tried calling them, emailed few times, spoke to a member of staff but still no response. Very unprofessional approach
