He always answers the phone, replies to messages really quickly, and keeps me updated with all the forms and paperwork throughout the process. His communication is excellent, and he is always helpful, professional, and supportive whenever I have any questions. I really appreciate how he keeps me informed every step of the way and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. I would definitely recommend Prabhdeep to anyone looking for help finding a house. However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

And I’ll specially appreciate one of the agents Jazmyn Dennis who took charge of my letting process flawlessly, super timely and always responding to my millions of questions!!! I will recommend them always to anyone trying to find a good home with a seamless experience and process.
26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a mixed experience with Connells Bedford.<br><br>The estate agency side was generally fine. We viewed a number of properties with them and found the agents who conducted our viewings pleasant and helpful.<br><br>One thing I did not appreciate was how persistently we were encouraged to use Connells’ mortgage services while we were viewing properties and in the process of making offers. I completely understand offering an in-house mortgage service, but at times it felt excessive and added unnecessary pressure to an already stressful process.<br><br>We eventually did use their mortgage services and dealt with Scott for both our residential mortgage and a separate buy-to-let mortgage.<br><br>During the process, we ultimately withdrew from the property we had been purchasing through Connells and proceeded with a different property marketed by another estate agent. Unfortunately, as things progressed, we were left with the impression that the level of support and communication was no longer the same once our purchase was no longer through Connells.<br><br>We do appreciate Scott’s help in successfully arranging our residential mortgage, and we are grateful for his work on that side of things. Unfortunately, our experience with the buy-to-let mortgage was very different and ultimately disappointing.<br><br>There were difficulties with the initial application, followed by another application where we paid a valuation fee before subsequently discovering an incompatibility involving our already-instructed solicitors. We appreciate that issues with lenders and their requirements can arise and that these are not necessarily within a broker’s control.<br><br>What disappointed us most was the communication and follow-through afterwards. At a point when the transaction was time-sensitive and we needed guidance on how to proceed, Scott became increasingly difficult to get hold of and eventually stopped responding. We ultimately had to take the buy-to-let mortgage elsewhere and have another broker take over.<br><br>Overall, I think it’s important to give credit where it’s due: Scott helped us successfully secure our residential mortgage, and the estate agents we dealt with during our property viewings were perfectly pleasant. However, given how persistently the mortgage services had initially been promoted to us, the lack of communication and support when our buy-to-let application became more complicated was particularly disappointing.

But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Hanover has given me absolutely fantastic customer service from beginning to end. If I'm honest, I was not expecting the quality of service I got, because the flat I was selling is a relatively low-value property; I figured the team would save their energy for homes nearer the top end of the market, but they absolutely did not. Initially I got a realistic idea of likely selling price from Charlie, who was both helpful and knowledgeable (he clearly knew my market segment). Senan did the first viewing ... and then I started to worry if I'd made the right decision about my agent because then Richard brought someone round, and then Pierce - where was the consistency, and how would this impact my customer service? Turns out I was completely wrong in my assumptions: all three members of the sales team gave me nothing but excellent support, and they also kept in touch with each other about what progress was being made so service was seamless whoever I spoke to. Once I had an offer, they were brilliant liaising with the buyer; and - critically - they gave me timely and well-placed advice to ensure that I could move things along as quickly as possible at my end when other organisations were causing delays. Not only did I get first-class service but the whole team are as friendly a bunch as you could wish for. I recommend them wholeheartedly (I never thought I would ever say that about an estate agent!) and would choose them again every time.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.

Aaron has been professional, approachable and responsive throughout making the whole process straightforward.<br><br>They’ve also been quick to find a solid tenant, helping to minimise the void period and lost rental income. Sinead has been helpful too, and the team have been efficient and easy to deal with.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with Aaron and the team. I’d happily recommend Seymours Camberley to other landlords.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Cox & Co are an outstanding Estate Agents. I used them recently to sell my house and help me in the purchase of my new flat both in Hove. From the onset of my professional experience, everything was first rate. Marc came to value and market the house. He was armed with information and data to help price my property accurately in the current market where house prices had been returning to normal after the Covid spike. So took his advice and set the price. As he asked me for what difference between the buying and selling would be my target. Sarah then took over the viewings and they then sold my house and a price which after 3 lower offers we were prepared to accept. He vetted by buyers and ensured that I got the best buyer from the two bidding buyers. Marc, then helped me to get an outstanding solicitors and continued to help me negotiate, on our behalf the purchase of our lovely flat. He also got me to that difference in the net values which I had targeted. That was astonishing in the current market. A huge testament to his understanding of the local property market. After which all the day to day work was placed in the very capable hands of Josh, who fully supported, helped and guided us to a very stressful end of process. This was an outstanding team effort with no weak links. So I will without hesitation reccomended Cox & Co to anyone who wants to buy and sell property locally in the Brighton, Hove, Portslade and local area without hesitation. This is a class outfit. Can I finally add my huge thanks to the whole team, while confirming the consistent and universal 5 star reviews. That is very definitely earned. I can't thank you enough for seeing us through.

The team were great throughout, always keeping me updated, communicating clearly and being helpful and respectful at every stage. The process felt well managed from start to finish, and I always felt I was in good hands.<br><br>A special mention to Trinity and Ella, who were both brilliant throughout.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Coopers Maidenhead.
