23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards. Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time. Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after. Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, I felt valued and supported, and I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable estate agent.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. 28th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

All this time later there was only one agent we would use for our new sale and purchase. Jamie again proved how efficient and profession they are at the Merrifields. Kept updated throughout the process and no question or phone call was ever too much from us. Jamie worked hard to stay on top of the entire chain to ensure a smooth and timely completion. 24th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.

From our very first interaction, we felt genuinely valued and well looked after throughout the entire process of securing our rental property. The level of service and communication has been excellent. Both Steph and Jenna have been professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, keeping us informed at every stage. Communication is something we value highly, and they have always been happy to answer our questions, provide reassurance when needed, and make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
