The commutation was great, via phone calls and emails.<br>I want to give my credits to the 3 people that walked this journey with us, Mark, James and Paige, these trios are great team, even when we had challenges during the course of our transaction, we were represented well and presented our case professionally. Guided us through out the journey as a first time buyer.<br><br>Massive thank you Chandlers.

Visits from potential buyers and feedback were reported back promptly. Clearly, there was a team approach and Katy, Megan, Emma and Joe were on top of each stage. A particular shout out to Joe for his thoughtful, professional and measured advice on the realities of the property market. Having to sell a house that has been in a family for many years could have been a very stressful experience but was made so much easier by their professionalism, empathy & understanding. Special mention to Charlie who was always so quick in responding to any messages/concerns i had, always keeping me up to date with everything.<br>I would highly recommend this family run company.

24th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We used H&N for the sale of our flat in the summer, as well as buying our new house through them. Having viewed a lot of properties with a range of local agents, they are far and away the best of the bunch. From the valuation and listing, to viewings, it's always the same team, meaning they understand each and every detail of your property, which saves the 'I'll need to check that and come back to you' you encounter lots, and keeps it incredibly streamlined and efficient. They are clearly very considered in who to get through the door meaning we had a near 100% strike rate of viewings to offers, and sold our property in under 2 weeks from listing to offer accepted. When it came to buying, and a special mention to Niaombh who was the driving force throughout, she truly went above and beyond, pulling strings across a 10 house chain, calling agents, managing agents, solicitors and surveyors, to fast-track a bunch of outstanding enquiries and issues, and get us in the door of the new house 8 days before our new baby arrived. A genuine, trustworthy and super friendly group or people. I'm confident you will not find a better estate agent, whether selling or buying, in the area.

I’m so glad we put our house sale in their capable hands.<br>They were very professional but also so friendly and approachable.<br>Despite numerous problems along the way , the always sorted everything and soothed our nerves .<br>I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers. Chris in the lettings department deals with all our tenancies and is fantastic. To the point, no flannel, gets the job done and is honest. William in sales has also been very helpful in what we have asked. Would recommend.

Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process so much smoother and easier for us.<br><br>A special thank you to Clare, who was always so lovely and helpful. After every house viewing, she would follow up with us and keep us updated with feedback. We really appreciated her excellent communication and attention to detail.<br><br>We would also like to thank Elliott for his help and regular follow-ups after our offer was accepted, making sure everything continued to move forward smoothly.<br><br>Tom and James were fantastic throughout the process, always approachable, patient and reassuring. 20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell . However ,my real issue was lack of communication . A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed . The photos of house were great mind you !
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Do not use! We were royally messed around and left homeless the day before move in due to a mistake from the agent. There was no acknowledgement of their wrongdoing or of the serious breach of the Renters Rights Act despite us having clear evidence. The agent had the audacity to suggest homeless shelters as a feasible solution after screwing us over, we were treated with a complete lack of professionalism and no accountability of their wrongdoings, instead pushing all the blame onto us. We also had to fight to get our deposit back which we needed to be able to find alternate accommodation, and the dispute process was a joke where yet again the blame was pushed onto us despite our clear evidence of their wrongdoing.
