28th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)These guys are the worst agents to rent your property with, they do not even bother to look after it at all, my house was left in an absolute mess and they didn’t even help me at all, I lost all my my deposit even though the tenants wrecked my home, would not recommend them at all, Mark the manager did not do his job at all, he was too soft and kept siding with the tenants. My check out report was not done properly.
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Angelina at GLP.<br><br>During more than a month of searching for a flat in London, she was the only agent who consistently followed up with me, stayed in touch, and genuinely tried to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>What really made Angelina stand out was that I never felt she was simply trying to “sell” me a property or close a deal. Unlike many other agents I dealt with during my search, I felt that her priority was actually to help me find the right home. That difference in approach was very clear and something I truly appreciated.<br><br>She was consistently professional, reliable, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Even after dealing with many different estate agents in London, Angelina was the one who stood out the most. I would absolutely recommend her and GLP, and she will be the first person I recommend to any of my friends looking for a home in London.
14th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They employ someone to progress the sale … I had to constantly chase the person who was supposed to be doing the chasing.

We mainly dealt with Karen with our house purchase and she was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly (and patient!) throughout. Really felt that she helped drive the chain forward at the end. 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done.
