A particular shout out to Ben the Manager who kept a look out for the property we were looking for after one fell through last Autumn. True to his word in early spring this year he contacted us and he pointed us to the property we bought, getting the keys last week We are looking to a challenging and exciting new adventure after 33 years on the South coast Thank you Ben and team

Matthew Craft was simply excellent to work with and ably supported by the Frost team in GX. We were kept fully informed at all times despite time zone challenges etc. Matthew is simply one of the best professionals we have ever worked with - and we have bought and sold many properties in several countries. We would highly recommend him to anyone and are most grateful for all his work with us.

Lea Carty was particularly helpful in following up with the solicitors and dealing with the enquiries. I managed to move house in a few months and whole process went through as smoothly as possible.

Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books! Everyone at Whitmans made the entire process of buying our home very smooth and stress free. He took the time to call us and get a clear understanding of exactly what we were looking for, he then arranged a viewing the following week that perfectly met our criteria. Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

As a first time buyer, Dylan was very helpful, he explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable with him, knowing I can approach him with any questions or hesitations I had. Very easy to get in touch with him via call or email, and always received a response in a timely manner. Dylan always kept me up to date every step, clearly explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do.

In particular with the support I received from Olli who did the showround on a Saturday afternoon and patiently waited for us as we were late in arriving. He also helped with the paperwork received from the Solicitor and simplified the whole process. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed we are with the support we received!! 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!
24th May 2026 (28 days ago)Billy was excellent. He was able to guide me through my house sale, offering advise on the best marketing strategy and what to expect through each part of the sale. He constantly kept me in the loop and updated me at every stage. Can't recommend highly enough.
10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
