Neil, Marcus, Corrie and Sian were all fantastic throughout—professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely helpful.<br><br>We were kept well informed at every stage, and the team worked hard to keep everything moving, dealing calmly and efficiently with any issues that arose along the way. He has always replied promptly, taken the time to answer every question thoroughly and gone out of his way to obtain documents and information needed by our solicitors.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble, despite the many requests made during the legal process. 3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my house a few months ago using Stevens and Carter and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!<br><br>Unfortunately, my house sale experienced some difficulties that were through no fault of the team, but were due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including mortgage offers for a buyer falling through and the sale therefore being unable to proceed. However, the team were incredibly quick to get us back on the market. Viewings were consistent, with detailed feedback provided, and ultimately I had competing offers to choose between when selling.<br><br>Expert advice was always available when needed and was explained in simple, easy-to-understand terms. The team always returned calls and messages promptly, and if one agent wasn’t available, the others made sure they knew what was going on so they could pick up any queries, providing a genuinely seamless service.<br><br>John, Sam, Samuel, Lucy and Nick all went above and beyond to get my sale through, and I couldn’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stevens and Carter to anyone looking to sell their home.

11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)We bought our first flat with Ellie from Horton and Garton Chiswick. Ellie spent a lot of viewings with me and listened to our must haves and picked up the apsects of homes we liked and didn't like which lead her to finding us the place that ticked all the boxes. It was a flat that I previously dismissed on Rightmove - which proves having the right agent and seeing the property makes a world of difference. As new buyers, and for me being from NZ too - this process is so different but Ellie was patient with us and supported us throughout. A nice personal touch was checking in on us and seeing how our move is going.

21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)An estate agent that actually puts the legwork into selling your property, and are very, very good at it. Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.

A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
