He explained about the house and also schools around in a very calm manner with smile. As we had our toddler, it was very comfortable to see around the house. Hopefully we will get our home soon. He is knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic, and has been particularly helpful whenever we’ve needed advice or support with our rental property.<br><br>Fraser is also very personable and straightforward to work with, which makes a real difference. We’ve always felt we can pick up the phone or drop him an email and get sensible, helpful advice. Very happy to recommend him.

She goes above and beyond with her services and was truly invested in helping us find somewhere to live. Seriously - finding a flat to rent in London is hellish but she was amazingly dedicated to our cause. Sadly, because of issues beyond our control, we couldn't rent with Knight Frank. But I am confident that we were insanely lucky to have Sophie by our side supporting us. If you happen to be in contact with Knight Frank, don't hesitate and ask for Sophie's help!

15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I wanted to share my recent experience with Lamb & Co following the completion of my first home purchase.<br><br>From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease when showing me around the property and were always happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>A special mention goes to Jo, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Things became a little stressful at times when dealing with the solicitors, but Jo was always on hand to offer support, keep me updated and help move things along. Her help was genuinely a lifesaver and made what could have been a much more stressful experience far more manageable.<br><br>Overall, the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help in making my first home purchase a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lamb & Co to anyone looking to buy a property!
2nd Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels. From start to finish the Horley branch showed great customer support.

But the whole team at Seymours were brilliant from our very first meeting. Very friendly, totally professional. In a difficult market they helped us find our buyer and get the transaction completed with relative ease. Thank you so much for your help - it made a difficult task so much easier.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Your Move Surbiton — before, during and even AFTER our tenancy — was so unnecessarily stressful that I feel other tenants should know what to expect.<br><br>The problems started before we even moved in. Because my name was on the tenancy agreement, I was repeatedly asked to provide evidence relating to my previous employment and housing in Korea. I spent nearly TWO MONTHS contacting HR departments in Korea, dealing with the time difference, translating more than 40 documents into English, and providing everything requested.<br><br>About FOUR HOURS after I finally submitted them, I was told that the documents were not actually necessary and had been deleted.<br><br>That episode alone says a great deal about the level of organisation and consideration we experienced.<br><br>When we moved in, we were essentially handed a key and appliance manuals, with almost no meaningful explanation of the heating or hot-water system. We then spent FIVE DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER. I could not even find the boiler model on Fixflo, so I submitted the repair under “Other”. Instead of acknowledging how difficult this was for a newly arrived family, I was later told that the delay was because I had selected the wrong category.<br><br>During the tenancy, communication remained frustratingly inconsistent. On 26 June, for example, I reported several issues, including a leaking sink, lighting/ceiling issues and unfinished repair/painting work. I received no response.<br><br>And remarkably, the poor administration did not end when we moved out.<br><br>For months after the tenancy had ended, I continued receiving emails asking me various questions about the property. I answered several of them as a courtesy. Eventually, after repeated further contact, I made it clear that I no longer wished to be contacted about matters relating to a tenancy that had already ended. When the emails continued, I blocked them.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no dispute about how we had treated the property. Our full deposit was returned, and we were even complimented on having looked after the property extremely well — better than its condition when we moved in.<br><br>So this is not a review written because of a deposit dispute or because we left the property in poor condition. Quite the opposite.<br><br>This was the recurring pattern throughout our experience: tenants were expected to provide extensive documentation, follow procedures precisely and respond promptly, while the same standard of organisation and communication did not seem to apply in return.<br><br>Moving to another country is stressful enough. A letting agency is supposed to make the process clearer and more manageable — not create additional work before the tenancy, problems during it, and continue chasing former tenants months after they have moved out.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not use Your Move Surbiton again.

From beginning to end, the experience has been absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received.<br><br>A particularly special mention has to go to Will, who has been nothing short of exceptional. He has genuinely gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience, but Will made me feel supported, reassured and looked after every step of the way. His communication, patience, professionalism and willingness to help have been outstanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making the experience as positive as possible for me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through such an important milestone.<br><br>I'd also like to thank Claire for her lovely communication and support. It's been such a pleasure dealing with a team who are not only professional but genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>Buying my first home is such a huge milestone, and the team at Bairstow Eves have played a really special part in making it happen. I am incredibly grateful for all the help, kindness and dedication shown throughout.<br><br>If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients, I would wholeheartedly recommend Bairstow Eves Folkestone.
