The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

16th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

22nd Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.
29th May 2026 (23 days ago)I would like to share my positive feedback about the way Mel Rowlands who is a Property Manager at the Stanway office has been managing any issues with the property I am renting via Fenn Wright. Whenever, I have had an issue, Mel has ensured that the issues are handled promptly. After I get an automated formal notification of complaint - I get a follow-up acknowledgement. There is also a follow-up either by a call or email or a sms to confirm if the issue has been dealt with. This is reassuring. Whenever, there have been delays from the contractor assigned to the repair – Mel has followed up with me and tried her best to expedite the repair by following-up with the contractor, and then updating me. Whenever – there has been an issue (like the recent one with a door) – Mel has ensured that the right contractor was assigned, after the initial contractor did not do the complete job. Mel followed up with the next contractor and got the contractor to fix the issue with door. Overall, I am very satisfied with the way the Mel has handled any issues that I have had.

They helped me secure a new tenancy agreement on a very tight deadline and handled every step with speed and professionalism. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, paperwork was accurate, and they kept me updated at every stage. The team was friendly, proactive, and solution-focused, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—five stars well deserved! ?????

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
