Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

However, this estate agent genuinely cares about its clients and puts in the effort to answer any questions and provide help whenever needed.<br><br>I had an especially excellent experience dealing with Daniel Saleem, who is a pleasure to speak to and has made me feel completely reassured throughout the process.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend this estate agent more for the local area. They’re a great option and have provided an excellent service.
17th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)My experience started off really well when I first moved in, and everything seemed smooth. Unfortunately, as time went on, several problems began to arise.<br><br>We had no Wi-Fi for almost two months, there was a rat infestation, and the air vent in the property never actually worked and seemed to be there purely for display. These issues made the experience increasingly frustrating.<br><br>When I eventually decided to move out, the staff helped with the process. Before paying for the final month, I specifically asked whether I would receive my money back for the days I would not be living there, and I was told that I would. I moved out only two days after the rent was due, yet I was only refunded around half of what I had paid.<br><br>I have now been trying to resolve this for around four months. I have called the office regularly, sometimes around four times a week, but I repeatedly get told that “Charles isn’t in the office.” Unfortunately, this has become extremely frustrating because I still have not received a proper explanation or resolution.

The whole team were professional, knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish.<br><br>A particular thank you to Martin, who was always attentive, responsive and incredibly supportive, especially when managing the viewings and keeping us updated throughout the process.<br><br>The team’s extensive knowledge of the local area was clear, and their advice on how best to market and position our property was invaluable.<br><br>We would definitely recommend Ashton White to anyone looking to sell their home and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I could not give enough thanks to Zuhre Zavanna who throughout the whole process was knowledgeable as was able to help with any questions or issues we had. She was just so friendly, nice and an overall great person. She is incredible! Could not recommend E&S anymore!

Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

What really stood out was how much attention he paid to what my wife and I were actually looking for.<br><br>Rather than simply showing us properties, Harry took the time to understand all the little intricacies of our requirements and even remembered them throughout the process.<br><br>He is a top professional, and his knowledge, attention to detail and personable approach made the whole experience so much easier. I’d struggle to recommend Harry highly enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the estate agency.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
