She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

We were out of the country during the whole process, but he made everything simple and stress-free despite the distance and logistics. He was always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to his support, our move to London went very smoothly, and we’re very grateful for his help.
28th May 2026 (26 days ago)Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done, Amner, Georgie, Kirstie, Jane and Evie; and thank you all for the part you played, particularly in delivering my aspiration of buying the dream property I did.

From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer. I never truly understood the importance of having the right estate agent as everyone looks on Rightmove, however now I can see that a credible estate agent gets the right people through the door which beats just having a number of people viewing and the after offer support to ensure that everything ran smoothly has been brilliant. Highly recommend Grant Allen Estate Agents if you are considering moving! ??????????????????

1st Jun 2026 (22 days ago)As a rather inexperienced, accidental landlord I needed advice and expertise so I turned to Hilton, King &Locke and I am very glad I did. Jenny, Anna and Wendy are an amazing team. I have 2 properties rented, fully managed with them and the service is brilliant. I took their advice before refurbishing both properties and let them find and vet tenants. They have saved me money and greatly reduced the stress involved, their wealth of experience and expertise gives me great peace of mind, especially given all the recent changes to the rental market. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.

10th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Amelia at King and Chasemore for Lettings. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
