16th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team at Barnard Marcus in Ewell, especially Abi, who was very helpful throughout.<br><br>She took the time to understand what I was looking for and regularly sent over relevant properties, which made the process much easier. Abi was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had, making everything feel straightforward and well-supported.<br><br>Overall, a great service and I’d definitely recommend the team.

Kavita and Katie were professional, responsive and kept me updated at every stage. They worked hard to secure suitable tenants and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>I particularly appreciated their persistence, communication and patience. I would happily recommend Knight Frank, and especially Kavita and Katie, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

22nd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience renting through Cavendish. The team were friendly, professional, and very helpful, from the initial viewing through to moving in. The process was straightforward and our questions were answered really quickly. We especially appreciated how responsive annd helpful our Property Manager, Rachel, was throughout the tenancy process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property!

25th May 2026 (29 days ago)We had some trouble with another letting agency which really put us off the property we were considering. As soon as we started dealing with Connells we could tell it was much better customer service. Jasmine and Chloe have been great at keeping in touch and keeping you informed of the process. They were very knowledgeable about the property and very friendly and helpful, which really helped the decision to go with the flat they showed us, as we knew we would get much better support from them compared to the original letting agency we talked to. Thanks so much Jasmine and Chloe!
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

Nothing was not too much trouble, even borrowing their ladder to clear the loft! Their verbal and email communication was spot on. I would definitely recommend using James Hayward.

We didn’t have to chase them and they helped us with chasing solicitors. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process, were always friendly when we contacted them and made a stressful process far less stressful! Plus they work really cohesively as a team and if our main contact was ever unavailable, the rest of the team were helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicholsons to anyone - brilliant service. Alex was our main contact and he was fantastic!

We had an offer accepted after 2 weeks of advertising and completed just under 8 weeks. A modernised and brilliant way of communicating and nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely recommend.

They responded quickly to emails and phone messages and worked well as a team. 29th May 2026 (25 days ago)I had used Oakwood Estates previously when renting out a property so went back to them when I wanted to sell. The service was brilliant from start to finish. No false expectations and excellent communication throughout. All of the staff are helpful and approachable but especially Aiden Lever who made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. I would recommend this estate agent. They are local and not part of a nationwide group. This means that their local knowledge is excellent and the actually care
