She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

29th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.
9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I have been looking for a property for over 9 months , Fern said she would contact me with anything that fitted my criteria and she did exactly that , she is friendly, approachable and very professional at the same time, always prompt in responding to e-mails and calls with any questions etc , thank you Fern for being so brilliant !
9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Unfortunately we weren’t successful in selling the property but the team were punctual, friendly and reliable. We did come close to making a sale and the team were great in terms of updates and how the process was managed. The only improvement for me was that I never saw our flat promoted as a premium placement on Rightmove/Zoopla, and I would have liked to have receive the monthly performance reports (I work with data so this may be a me-preference rather than what most people want. I requested it once but it was never proactively offered)
2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)We had a negative experience with YourMove Broadstairs, after a drawn out 6 month process to purchase a property on Beacon Road the vendors pulled out on the day of exchange- we later found out this was the second time they had done this.<br>Having been assured at least that the vendors would be blacklisted from using their services again, we now see the same property relisted with them less than 6 months later.<br>Buyer beware.

A special thank you to Alex and Josh, who were both incredibly friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish.<br><br>They were always happy to answer any questions I had, kept me informed throughout the process. They made what can be quite a stressful process feel so much easier and straightforward.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Waterfords to anyone looking to rent a property!
