They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
19th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently worked with Zuplex to rent a property in Harlow, Essex. From day 1 the team were helpful. Dilber showed us around and answered any questions we had, and then oversaw the process of obtaining info for background checks etc. Berk was our contact for all the paperwork and every interaction with him was easy. Their efficiency throughout the whole process meant we were in the new home within a month of viewing it. I’d read a few bad reviews on here previously and honestly have no idea where they’ve come from, everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I’d definitely approach Zuplex if I was in the property market again, thanks guys for making a stressful time of our lives a little less stressful!

9th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Huge thank you to Callum and the team at Broadstairs for making the stressful experience of buying my first home a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been, I received excellent communication and was always greeted with a smile in the office. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.
22nd Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

29th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
