I was given clear insights into the current market and good advice. Most importantly, Elizabeth didn't make me feel pressured in any way, which gave me peace of mind; I appreciated her guidance and professional but friendly manner and highly recommend her services.

The head of the sales team Ian Barrett also personally reached out to me several times to check in and made me feel like a very valued client. Thank you to Chestertons for all their hard work, I highly recommend them.

25th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Massive thank you to Sara Godman and Janene Haynes for helping me with the process of purchasing my first property. Sara had a lot of patience and gave a lot of attention to detail when taking me through the viewings. She had a good understanding of exactly what I wanted as a customer and worked alongside me to find a suitable place to live. Sara and Janene were also very helpful throughout the rest of the buying process. Janene worked hard during the sales progression and was very good at keeping me updated and well informed. They were both very helpful, attentive and supportive. Great customer service, I highly recommend.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!

Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

They recently managed the sale of my late mother’s property in what has been a difficult market, with great professionalism and commitment. They were very pleasant to deal with and communication was good throughout the process. The fact that we eventually achieved a sum well over the asking price was an added bonus!

They managed to arrange the viewings carefully around my work schedule. They were extremely professional, respectful and easy to communicate with.<br><br>I would highly recommend them!
