7th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

5th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Kent’s were friendly, helpful and professional. They communicated well and overall were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

27th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)James Anson accompanied me on four viewings in the Dorking area and was friendly, approachable and refreshingly honest about each property. What impressed me most was witnessing his interaction with vendors. Three were present during the viewings, and James treated them with genuine warmth, empathy and professionalism.<br>I usually find house viewings quite daunting and not particularly enjoyable, but James made the whole experience comfortable, engaging and positive. A real asset to Barnard Marcus and someone I would happily recommend.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
8th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

22nd Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Finding a good agent is not easy, it is more luck than judgement. Harris Wickens have been exceptional. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.

He persuaded me to sell through fox and sons and has helped me whenever I’ve needed it during the sale. I cannot recommend him enough, he always seems happy and has a smile on his face and makes you feel so very important. Highly recommend Charlie to be the next Manager as he keeps the Southsea office going regardless!!
