19th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours.<br>Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience.<br>Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service.<br>The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in.<br>A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently.<br>An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.
19th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

They are a fantastic estate agent, very flexible and helpful providing access when needed and really professional managing communication between us and the vendor. 31st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)After seeing our dream house come up on the market with Williamson & Co we didn’t hesitate, this is the second home we bought through Williamson and everything went through easy!<br>Helen and the girls are always helpful, friendly and never fail on that personal touch.<br>When collecting our keys after a stressful week we were greeted with big smiles, a new home gift, card and even a bottle of bubbly which went down a treat after a long day of moving!<br>Thanks for everything x

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
31st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)I can’t recommend Harris & Birt enough. I bought a house through them and at no fault of theirs the process took a long time due to broken chains but they were always great to work with. Ellie especially always kept me well informed and was always chasing the chain to keep the process moving. I actually spoke to Ellie more than my own agent through out it all so a special thank you to her for always being so efficient, professional and calm when I was feeling far from it! They will be my first choice in the future if we ever decide to move again.

A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

They treat both landlords and tenants with genuine care, and that makes all the difference. Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. It’s rare to find an agency that balances professionalism with such a human touch.<br><br>Highly recommended.

They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
