Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

2nd Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
23rd Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I recently helped my brother with the sale of his property through Chris Davies in Barry and was involved with many of the practical arrangements, including property access, appointments and key handovers. Sarah and Maddison were excellent throughout. They were always friendly, professional and quick to respond, and made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I was always kept informed whenever anything needed to be arranged. A big thank you to Sarah, Maddison and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Chris Davies to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

They treat both landlords and tenants with genuine care, and that makes all the difference. Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)The best estate agents in Cardiff! I recently completed a sale with Kelvin Francis and could not recommend them enough! We had used 2 other estate agents prior to instructing Jan and his team and it really was third time lucky. The sale was long and complex due to factors out of everyone’s control and due to living overseas this was extremely stressful however Jan, Mark and the wider team constantly communicated with us, always chasing the chain, acting proactively and always had our best interest at heart. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for helping us navigate our way through the sale and would highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy or sell to use Kelvin Francis. Thank you so much to you all!

Deborah priced our house exactly right and worked tirelessly to get and manage our sale, despite challenging personal circumstances. The help and support she and David gave us when our solicitors went into administration was above and beyond. Deborah found us a new firm and helped expedite exchange and subsequent completion so effectively that we only lost about three weeks overall. Worth every penny of their fee and two of the nicest, most professional people you could meet. If you are thinking of selling your home do not go to anyone else.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
