Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.
12th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Renting through Sales & Lettings Angels was a thoroughly stressful and frustrating experience. We were handed over a property that already had pre-existing issues—including broken cupboards—yet they attempted to deduct money from our deposit for those exact damages when we left.<br>During the tenancy, we also had to deal with serious damp and mould problems. Although the issue was eventually resolved while I was living there, they tried to use the tenancy's end as an opportunity to hit us with unfair charges. Even though all keys were handed over properly, they tried to claim for "missing keys" and attempted to push excessive, unwarranted deductions out of my deposit.<br>Fortunately, the deposit was secured with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service), who conducted a fair and independent review and ultimately returned my money back. Their deposit claim process feels predatory and dishonest.

They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

I was the buyer, Deborah, and David could not have been more helpful in dealing with all aspects of property purchase including conveyancing advice to a South Wales Company who were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and answers came quick and fast well done Matthews Estate Agents, I can highly recommend their professional services.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

28th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I had a mixed experience with this office.<br><br>Some viewings felt rushed, and on one occasion the wrong keys meant we had to rearrange.<br><br>David at the Whitchurch branch was excellent - helpful and genuinely friendly. He even helped us measure rooms for our final viewing.<br><br>Sarah Bunting, the sales progressor, was also outstanding. Her persistence and responsiveness helped keep things moving and played an important role in completing a difficult sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the day we arrived at the store to finally collect the keys was an underwhelming experience - the mood in the office was dour and unfriendly.<br><br>Overall, a mixed experience but my sincere thanks to Sarah and David, who were excellent and deserve recognition.
