The staff have been so friendly, and the whole process of securing the property was super efficient. Laura was great at communicating every step of the process. Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

The communication from all of the staff is first class, I have to particularly mention Holly Jenkins who has been in constant contact, giving me feedback, arranged viewings at the last minute and has all round been a pleasure to deal with. Leigh detailed the entire process, including market trends, helping us understand the best time to buy. After enduring a very stressful & prolonged wait to be able to sell a property as an executor who doesn't live close to the property hunters honestly could not have done enough for us. From when we first met David to get an initial valuation and to the eventual sale of the house which sarah was increidbly responsive when it came to giving us any updates etc. hunters could not have been more helpful. They have honestly been more help than I could possibly put into words. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers. A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated. Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office. Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true. 6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolute waste of time. Had a meeting booked for 4pm, rang up 20 mins before to say I couldn't make it face to face but could do a teams meeting. No link sent. Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent. Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.

So far, part way through my sale, I can honestly say I feel I chose the correct estate agent.- 13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased a house through Connells and we were dealing with Tracey who was absolutely amazing. We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I really enjoyed the viewing experience with Michael. We got the call the next day morning after submitting the an enquiry the night before. Michael was very accommodating and arranged a viewing for us on the same day. In person he was professional, friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by in this industry. Although we didn't make any offer at this time I would love to still work with him in the future and definitely highly recommend his service.
