26th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened . I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .

11th May 2020 (5 years ago)Robert vincent are by far the best estate agents they are very understanding and accommodating and quick to reply to any questions couldn’t ask for better estate agents in my eyes can’t thank them enough would definitely recommend them!
25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.

Dealt with anything ranging from New Tenancy, change of tenant and general maintenance request. Jack Ireland in particular deserve an extra mentioning as he usually responds and helps with any queries within a few hours.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
