3rd Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

She was extremely helpful, professional, and always available to answer any questions we had. Javerna made everything feel easy and stress-free, keeping us updated every step of the way and ensuring the process went smoothly from start to finish. Her friendly attitude and dedication really stood out. I would highly recommend Hamptons Wimbledon to anyone looking for excellent service and support. Thank you again, Javerna!

Her service was amazing and although we didn’t end up going with a property via Martin Flashman, we found her very attentive and considerate of what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend Martin Flashman if you’re looking for a new home, it was a pleasure to meet Jessica!
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

21st May 2026 (20 days ago)Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!
22nd May 2026 (19 days ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

26th May 2026 (15 days ago)An excellent experience as a buyer through Matthew Pierce. Richard was our contact throughout and gave an exceptional personal service. Matthew stepped in when Richard was unavailable, offering the same fantastic service. A very quick process (from offer to completion in approx 2 months). A few delays along the way caused by myself due to working full time & juggling family life, and my solicitor; but Richard & Matthew were on hand to help, explain & smooth things over. Tracy provided excellent support to the team. The property we bought was vacant so we asked if we could get access from exchange to complete a few jobs/decoration. Matthew spoke to the vendor & this was granted enabling us to get ahead of the game in making this our family home. In summary, an excellent buyer experience, clear communication throughout & I would highly recommend the whole team at Matthew Pierce

He drove me around to view 5 different properties and was attentive throughout, making sure each one matched what I was actually looking for. Professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Although I ended up renting elsewhere, the service from Almer was excellent and I'd happily recommend him to anyone searching in the area.
