7th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Imagine being so unprofessional that you schedule a viewing, talk so highly about your agency and then be extremely lame enough to not show up for the viewing. I had the absolute displeasure to deal with James Setright who scheduled a viewing and then forgot to show up at 308, Garratt Lane address at the time of the viewing. My partner travelled an hour to reach the address and then viola, nobody shows up, I call up and James picks up and tells me that there’s nothing he could do and the best he could do is to schedule it for another day. Whilst being civil and acting like he cared, there was absolutely no other alternative offered. I just feel sorry for the seller here, since they should pick up someone more professional and reasonable to deal with. To anyone at John D Wood who’s the owner, it’s not only hard to schedule viewings and reach your staff but they are just incredibly bad to deal with and make basic errors that are just blasphemous for. The nature of the business.

Disappointed that some cost that we would expect to be included in fee were added as extras (photos)

The whole team went above and beyond to explain things and sort any problems that arose, in what was a complicated long distance sale. Always helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them as the estate agents to use.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

The whole firm was a pleasure to deal with, and we felt well supported from start to finish. 14th May 2026 (27 days ago)Really terrible experience. Had to report to property ombudsman following the agent calling me “little miss impatient”. Before this the agent repeatedly kept pushing me to post reviews and share recommendations of him on Crystal Palace locals facebook page.
