13th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)I am a landlord using Portico for the first time. I have to say that Portico were streets ahead of the other estate agents I have dealt with in SW London. They were responsive, flexible and had two quality tenants for two flats within 4 days. This is the first time I have achieved, as tenant, a couple rather than 2 sharers. Hats off to Flora and her team.
2nd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Every nightmare story you've ever heard about an estate agent is personified in these guys. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

Each member of the team that I dealt with was helpful and professional and kept me in the loop at all times, despite some challenging situations. Particularly want to mention Kornelija and Suzy from the sales team and Sophie and Adrian from the rental team. Recommend to anyone planning on selling or renting out their property

6th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)JDW contacted us about a buyer although we hadnt planned to sell imminently. Despite a difficult market JDW were confident and determined to make the sale. After a short negotiation the sale was finalised and contracts exchanged. This was the easiest sale in 30 years.
25th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We had a really good experience selling our flat with these guys, after a truly terrible one with a much larger chain estate agent in the local area. Communication was really good, Isla looked after us from offer accepted all the way through to completion and we could sit back trusting that she had things under control and was keeping both us and our buyer on track. The key difference compared to our other really poor experience seems to be that this is a small team who ensure one agent works consistently with the same vendors. Thank you!

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.

Super responsive, easy to chat to, and just a really relaxed, friendly vibe. Everything was well organised and communication was always on point, which made a big difference. Also a shoutout to Lauren for helping arrange a second viewing with the landlord and supporting us with the paperwork – really appreciated! The whole process felt seamless from start to finish. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
