Although my purchase took awhile which was no fault of the estate agents I’ve had complete confidence in BOP for their professionalism. I’ve found Sienna to be truly outstanding and hope that this is the start of a good relationship going forward with BOP.
1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

Despite several unexpected bumps along the way, they kept momentum going and steered the sale to completion with genuine professionalism. I’m grateful for their persistence and would happily recommend them to anyone and of course will use them again for any other property sales I may have in future

They kept me informed at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market and willingness to help really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent in Plymouth!

From setting a good valuation, marketing the property, managing viewings, negotiating the offers and facilitating the process they have all been very professional and friendly throughout. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, answered any questions I had and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br>They worked hard to market my property, found the right buyer and successfully got the sale through. I really felt that they cared about getting the best possible result for me, rather than simply making a sale.<br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.
8th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

They handled communication professionally and were willing to help whenever clarification was needed. I particularly appreciated their organised approach and attention to detail. Overall, a dependable company that I would be happy to recommend.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

26th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. The estate agents acted very professionally and promoted the property both in the shop window and online. The photographs of the property were good and helped advertise it.
