They kept me informed at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market and willingness to help really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent in Plymouth!

Nick and the team are brilliant - professional, communicative, friendly and proactive. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and completed without a hitch. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.

Martin sold our home for us but prior to going on the market it needed a bit of a spruce up - even before we had signed to them Martin gave me a great contact who got the work done quickly and to a high standard and the house was marketed. It went under offer within a week but unfortunately this fell through later in the process. Straight away the house was back on the market, a new buyer was quickly found and completion day finally came. Martin was fab at keeping us updated throughout the process and great at pushing things along to ensure all was on track. An absolute star ? Thank you.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

14th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible estate agent to deal with, one of the worst I have encountered and experienced. Very poor communication and awkward to deal with. Purchased a property through them and buying a house can be challenging at the best of times and they made this process even harder. Plenty of notice was given to them in relation to locating or supplying keys to the windows as these were all locked and presented a potential fire hazard. Supplying the window keys was left to the last minute, just prior to exchange of contracts and completion and the vendor who was selling the property was pushing for a completion deadline and Jordan Marks were not helping in the slightest despite numerous email communications. They even wanted me to exchange and complete prior to this matter being resolved. Avoid this estate agent at all costs. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful, appalling service and communication.

15th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
