19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot recommend Aimee and the team at Fox and Sons in Tiverton highly enough. Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)From start to finish was a brilliant break. Orion were lovely to book with and their communication all the way along was great. The location and the house were prefect. It had everything you could want and more - had things we didn’t even realise we needed. The housekeeping team did an amazing job and the whole house was spotless. Can’t wait to return.
14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)These were the worst landlords I’ve ever had. They do not care about students at all. We lived in black mould for a year, and were told to just wipe the mouldy paint off the walls which was falling off from damp. My flatmate contracted eczema from the mould, which lead to infection and a cyst which had to be surgically treated (the doctors said it was from mould induced eczema). Emails asking for any repairs were ignored for months. For example broken back door which led to slugs coming into the bedrooms and all over the carpets. They couldn’t even fix a broken fridge handle they just ignored our emails about it the entire year. The following year we moved out and had Bristol student lets which i can’t recommend enough , they were amazing and fixed everything on the same day and actually cared. You’ll notice all the good reviews are from landlords who use robin king, not tenants.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Marchand Petit, and in particular Kandi and Eloise, throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>This was our first experience of buying a new build, and we decided to purchase off-plan, so naturally there was a lot we didn’t know about the process. We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. We’ve really appreciated their honest advice and the time they’ve taken to understand what we were looking for as a family.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marchand Petit, Kandi and Eloise to anyone looking to buy a property. A genuinely first-class service from the very beginning.

They are also a lovely group of people!<br><br>They managed to list and sell our house extremely quickly, with us being against the clock on the property we were purchasing through them too. In valuing our home, they provided us with a wealth of research, and it was clear once we listed it that they had a great knowledge of our home and its history.<br><br>They were also highly accommodating in the house that we purchased, giving us honest context around it and plenty of opportunity to return and get measurements etc.<br><br>We would really recommend Whitaker Seager to anyone purchasing in the area.<br><br>As a side - their 'For Sale' signs are also very aesthetically pleasing!

They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.
8th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
