An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. From the first day when David stood up as we entered the office, Greg and Emily who reassured and advised us how best to proceed, James for his patient viewings and Marcus who pushed the sale uphill and over the line, thank you! You were excellent. I liked the photo shop idea, adding furniture to an empty house, it was very effective and saved me so much work.<br>Thank you to all the team Domvs!

Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. 11th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)We recently bought a house through Wilkie May & Tuckwood (which was not planned as we did have another house purchase lined up but for reasons outside of our control (very slow third parties…) this didn’t go through). Our chain below was ready to exchange but our purchase was nowhere near ready, so we had to make the decision to look at other properties as our chain looked as if it would fall apart if there was no progression. We found a house listed with Wilkie which my wife and I did fall in love with when we visited. We explained our situation to Thea and advised we would need to get the purchase through as quick as possible to try and keep our chain together. In record time (8 weeks) the house sale was through and we’ve now moved in and beginning to enjoy our new lives. Throughout the process, Richard, Thea, Mark and Vicky were incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. I have no doubt in my mind that their work on this purchase is a big part of the reason why we were able to get the purchase through and save our chain in such a quick time. Even after the purchase had gone through, the team at Wilkie have still been willing to help with queries and questions we have about the local area and services. Honestly, if you’re looking at a house being marketed to through these guys you’re in safe hands. This is clearly a company who take pride in their work and the local area. We felt valued as buyers which was very refreshing. Thanks for everything you’ve done for our family!

We really did experience incredible customer service from the very start and Kandi still checks in on us 6 months after moving in. I really cannot overstate how good the customer service has been.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

From the pictures and house tour video by Stuart, Lynn who carried out the viewing on our behalf and Ben who has dealt with the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion have been absolutely flawless. I would 100% recommend this branch and would not look to go anywhere else in future when looking to purchase or sell a future property. Thank you all once again ????????????

They kept me informed regularly throughout the selling process. The house was under offer in a week! Fabulous service couldn't be happier with my choice of agent. Best in the Cotswolds area. All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.
