Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

David on sales and nicky in the progression team have gone above and beyond to keep us updated , informed ,and able to make numerous visits over what turned out to be a particularly extended process .<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending DOMVS services to anyone wishing to buy or sell.<br>Always available, professional , and helpful . 10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.
12th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I was originally with another estate agent but Elena showed me round a property and was so good I wanted her to sell my house! From there we have worked with her and Lisa and been extremely happy with the service at the Southville branch. They're always easy to reach and happy to help and managed to find us the perfect house which thankfully Lisa also looked after which made the whole process so much easier. I have always found them to be honest and easy to work with which I can't say about all estate agents in Bristol!

They are the nicest people you could possibly deal with and i will recommend them above and beyond. When we eventually move again, one day, we will 100% be using them. I wish we used them to sell ours.

We were shown 2 houses by the team and each member was very knowledgeable about the properties we were shown. The second property was not on our radar, but we were offered the opportunity to view and purchased it in the end. We felt supported by Hunter French throughout the process and greatly appreciated their professionalism and kindness along the way.

Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.

They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. Listed in June 2026, Sold moved out and completed In October 2026.<br>Professional, and friendly, approachable, spot on with everything from start to finish. When you phone them, they answer or get back to you, and they are on the ball with your transaction, it feels like you are their only one! The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.
