We rented a property for two years, and have been amazed by the responsiveness and support during our tennancy. When we needed repairs they were tended to swiftly, and when we had our 6 monthly inspections it felt more like a catch up with a good friend. Thankyou for everything. Highly recommend them for all aspects of property rental or sales. Top notch!

They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

They worked tirelessly in a difficult market to secure two sales of my property, with the sales only falling through due to totally unforeseen circumstances. They advice and thoughtfulness have been invaluable and made what is a stressful process, far more tolerable. Friendly, incredibly responsive and always looking for new ways to market and sell, they have been nothing short of first class and I would unfailingly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

It was a difficult market to sell in. We took Jason's advice regarding reducing our price which produced a flurry of activity. We eventually achieved a figure of just under 95% of the original asking price which we were delighted with. As Jason says "Trust the process". We have no hesitation in recommending Jason, Martin and Mark at Read Maurice

The service we have received from Hayley and the rest of the ladies at Fox and Sons Saltash has been top tier, constant communication about the process of selling, viewings and helpful hints and tips to market the property has made the whole procedure less stressful and easy for us. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

18th May 2026 (28 days ago)I was happy with Fox & Sons at the start. They sold my property for me. But a day before completion i rung them to say was everything still ok for the next day. I was shouted at by a member of staff, telling me not to leave my property until I received a phone call from them. I have never received that phone call. I have never had a phone call from Ben the manager congratulating me on selling my property!! I feel very sad & angry there has been no communication from them. I'm old school & a phone call would have made all the difference to me. It feel as though I'm a nuisance even though I've given them thousands of pounds for selling my property. It is not good enough for me. It should have been a happy time but due to Fox & Sons it's been a very hurtful, sad & angry ending & they don't give a dam.

I have spoken with every member of staff at the Paignton office during the last few months and every single one of them, I felt gave truly great customer service. Thank you to all of you for your time and continued support throughout the process, you always responded quickly and efficiently and were enormously helpful and friendly- great team!

Nicky, Ellie and Joanne were fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, they were always helpful with arranging visits, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were supportive, proactive and genuinely great to deal with. Buying a house can be stressful, but the team made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Selling our parents' home with Forum was an excellent decision. We hoped we would have a supportive estate agent and we were not disappointed. From the first meeting Martin was enthusiastic about selling the property, shared very useful advice, understood the sensitivity required following a recent bereavement and was indeed very supportive. The photographs presented the house and garden beautifully and we were very happy with the brochures. He provided feedback following the viewings which we took on board and it was this advice, that I believe, clinched the deal. Working with Martin motivated me to keep moving forward and change things within the house to appeal to a wider audience. Communication via WhatsApp ensured we knew when viewings would be happening, and speaking on the phone was also really important, to share information and ideas. I also spoke with Ashley a couple of times which I found very helpful. Martin's enthusiasm and positivity about the house and it's potential ensured the perfect family bought the property and we are delighted with how it has all worked out. Thank you.

23rd May 2026 (23 days ago)Martin & Co was the only angecy that really helped me and my partner with our house search. We lived 3 hours away from Cornwall and arranging house viewing with other agencies was very challenging (appointment from one day to another, no possibility to rearrange or zero response). Kyle from Martin & Co was so helpful, he tried to make arrangements for us and we got a place to rent at the end. The whole process has been easy, clear and super friendly. The admin that has been following us, Katy, has been so kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co from my experience so far.
27th May 2026 (19 days ago)Incredibly poor service. Book a viewing for a house, and given a future date (about 4 weeks later) that we could move in. Only to be latterly told that the date is the date that the owner is having an electric survey done, and we couldn't move in. And that the result of the survey may mean additional works need to be done. Resulting in even later access. Obviously everyone want sot live in a safe house. SO WHY PUT IN ON THE MARKET AND ACCEPT MULTIPLE VIEWINGS, only to mess those viewers are for over a month. Unprofessional, unapologetic, time wasting, fools. Avoid.

8th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
