He was professional and a very safe pair of hands throughout the entire house-selling process.<br><br>Matt provided us with considerable support at every stage and was always available to offer guidance when needed. He took much of the stress out of the process by keeping both sides well informed throughout.<br><br>We are extremely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Matt and the Myddelton & Major team to anyone looking to sell their home.
1st Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

13th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)This is a lovely estate and a great location for visiting London and the South of England. The site is in need of some maintenance. At the restaurant / pub there are lots of broken seats in the outdoor area. The automatic wine machine wasn't working and they had few soft drink cans as they are switching to a tap system. Often appeared under staffed. Harassed staff at the bar. No staff at the shop. Had to wait in the bar queue to ask for someone to serve ice cream in the shop. The pool changing facility is very run down and filthy. It just lets down what is a very lovely place. Our property was privately managed by the owner. When we arrived the outdoor area was a mess. One decking plank was sticking up, decking and furniture filthy and windows covered in bird poo and cobwebs. However after complaining to Orion Holiday the outside area was power washed and the windows cleaned.

Once we had found the property we wished to buy, we dealt exclusively with Shannon who really worked hard to keep us and the estate agent we were selling our current home with fully updated. It was clear that she was also working hard to fully engage with her clients selling their home to us as well. Thank you for such good service Shannon.

14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

Tom took amazing photos/drone shots and the marketing was excellent. They treated the property with respect when showing clients around and always kept in touch with updates after viewings. Thank you for getting us through what turned out to be a pretty stressful process!!

13th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)The agent who dealt with my property was very knowledgeable of the area. However, the price they suggested was obviously over the average which meant we had very little interest. After 12 weeks we only had 2 viewings. It was decided to take the property off the market after the property next door sold for much less. They offered a fair selling price percentage. The pictures were good as was the sales brochure, it was sadly over priced and did not sell.
