I got ignored for more than a month, prior the only communication I recieved was to keep reducing the price. 6 months on the market with 1 viewing, 2 days with a different estate agent at the same price and already have a viewing booked. They couldn't find my keys when I went to collect them and then found them but wouldnt return them to me. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.

There were times we really thought the chain might collapse but with pro active chasing up in the chain, we finally managed to push over the line - Well done to everyone at Millers for making it happen. Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. She listened to every concern I had and put me at ease within moments. She was very informative and did not rush anything. I would highly recommend, Lucy is an asset to this team!

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Connells Swindon Old Town went above and beyond to make our move happen. It was incredibly difficult with many stumbling blocks but Connells was always there to help.<br><br>Brandon in particular stood out, negotiating a better deal for our purchase when we were forced to take a lower offer to keep our chain intact, wrangling the various difficult parties and solicitors and always keeping me updated and in-the-know, and providing some much-needed reassurance amongst the chaos.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Holly, who, when our first sale fell through and threatened to dissolve our chain, immediately stepped in with a first-time buyer already in mind and ready to go ahead. We had a new buyer in place within a few days.<br><br>The whole team, from sign-on to admin to viewings, were nothing short of fantastic. Some people complain that estate agents aren't worth the money. I can categorically say that Connells Old Town was. We couldn't have moved without them, and I doubt another estate agent would have done anywhere near as much for us.

They seem to be an agent for local people and value property low for quick profit. Its hard enough selling a house in Calne what with the town smell and its demographics.The last thing you want is an agent like this

Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5
