She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

1st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

21st Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. Andrews have been very good with communication where you get notification by email and text with follow up calls. Overall I am pleased with Andrews to date

21st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I visited a property through Taylors and Theo was the agent. Really nice guy — he let us take our time, was already at the property when we arrived, had everything unlocked and ready, and answered all of our questions. It might sound simple because it’s their job, but as a developer I view a lot of properties, and the difference in service really stood out. So many agents haven’t even visited the property beforehand, can’t answer basic questions like where the boiler is, tell you to email the office for everything, and try to rush the viewing. Theo was the complete opposite — professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with. 5 stars from me ????????????

Every time I reached out with a question, they provided incredibly quick responses. They made the whole process incredibly smooth. 11th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

She and her colleague, Matt, gave us good suggestions as to how best we could market the property, were very flexible and understanding and were true to their word. Jessica worked really well with us and we were able to sell the property quickly, for an appropriate price and to an extremely suitable buyer.
