She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

9th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Paul and Stuart were both pleasant and knowledgeable, however the sales process was slow and lengthy with the sale finally going through at the third attempt, having endured two complete time wasters. I was disappointed that the selling price was much lower than the initial valuation and felt it was over estimated initially in order to successfully obtain the listing. That being said, it doesn't detract from the respect and tolerance afforded me by Adams & Rose.

24th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We recently sold our property through Peter Alan. The branch were helpful and always willing to assist. We have no complaints about the branch team at all.<br><br>Unfortunately, our experience with the sales progression service was very disappointing. Communication was poor, emails often went unanswered and we regularly had to chase for updates ourselves.<br><br>Completion was also poorly handled, with our purchase agent contacting us first to tell us our sale had completed.<br><br>We emailed Peter Alan afterwards to explain our concerns, but we still haven't heard anything back from the sales progressor, which is particularly disappointing.<br><br>It’s a shame, as our experience with the branch team was very positive. However, based on the overall experience, we wouldn't use Peter Alan again and would be reluctant to recommend them.<br><br>Thank you again to the branch.

19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

He kept us updated every step of the way, was always available to answer any questions, and made the whole process feel much less stressful than we expected.<br><br>He was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout. Whenever we needed to talk something through, he was always at the end of the phone and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Josh managed to find us a fantastic mortgage deal and kept everything moving smoothly from beginning to end. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but he put us at ease and made the whole experience as painless as possible.<br><br>He is a real credit to Austin and Wyatt / Countrywide, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
