13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

21st May 2026 (27 days ago)I visited a property through Taylors and Theo was the agent. Really nice guy — he let us take our time, was already at the property when we arrived, had everything unlocked and ready, and answered all of our questions. It might sound simple because it’s their job, but as a developer I view a lot of properties, and the difference in service really stood out. So many agents haven’t even visited the property beforehand, can’t answer basic questions like where the boiler is, tell you to email the office for everything, and try to rush the viewing. Theo was the complete opposite — professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with. 5 stars from me ????????????- 10th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)The BEST Estate Agents we have ever dealt with!! Rebecca and Ginny have been outstanding! We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.

Communications were always quick and he definitely helped with chasing up the often tediously slow solicitor the owner had instructed. His after sale service has also been brilliant helping me find services and tradesmen I needed as I live in Spain this has been great.
