7th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

Howard is extremely experienced and knowledgable about his sector and he is surrounded by a delightful team who are professional and great communicators. 29th May 2026 (19 days ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Jasmine was really friendly & helpful on the phone and knew the property I was viewing well which meant my questions were answered there and then. Would feel very confident in her knowledge if my sale happens and I can go forward with a purchase.

They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would

The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

29th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.
