29th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. The communication lines were always open and updates were regularly sent to both solicitors involved.<br><br>They really are the very best estate agents in Truro! Hope they expand to cover more parts of the SouthWest area soon.
