He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

From the very beginning to completion, Doug and his team provided an exceptional level of service and went above and beyond our expectations.<br><br>He worked extremely hard to manage the timeline, kept everything on track, and handled any problems that arose in a very efficient and professional way. His communication, dedication, and ability to find solutions made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was the special and unique video he and his team created to showcase the property. 2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

Lea Carty was particularly helpful in following up with the solicitors and dealing with the enquiries. I managed to move house in a few months and whole process went through as smoothly as possible.

Thomas Kenny in particular made the whole process genuinely easy. He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.

Their fee is very competitive but its their communication and efforts in driving the sales process through to completion that is top notch. They aren't pushy or too salesy and definitely have the best interests of the vendor as their main focus.

15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

I’ve had a lot of problems with agents not willing to help me. Jack has done his upmost to find me a suitable place and has kept me in the loop the whole time and answered any questions I’ve had promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack and Langford Russell again if needed. Highly recommend over any other local agents. As a single mum the process of renting has been difficult but thankfully with the help of this agent and agency it’s been smooth. Thank you ????????????

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
