Les and his team were excellent at giving us advice, providing feedback from all the viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)We have had a great experience buying a house with Jacobs Steel in Shoreham. They provided us with a really personal, trustworthy and considerate service. Shannon went above and beyond to get us into properties early and found us our forever home. We felt she really cared about us and worked so hard to find us the right house. We had quite a difficult conveyancing period as someone in our chain had complicated finances and we have to give a special mention to Dom. He kept us informed- he kept us buoyant and he provided a really exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable about the process and tried hard to speed the process up for us. I think we might have thrown the towel in if he hadn’t been quite so persistent! He is a real asset to the company. We bought through Jacobs Steel and I wish we had sold through them too. We chose a more local agent but we really valued how dynamic the team at Shoreham were in getting us over the line. Many thanks! It’s a stressful process, there’s no denying it and you need a strong team like this one behind you. I would recommend Jacob’s Steel to anyone.

We’d like to especially thank Emma and Julie for their care and time with it all!<br>They have not been pushy, but only supportive and knowledgable and it made such a difference when trying to navigate the process. 5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Where do I even start with Eddy, Chris and George These guys have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They sold our house TWICE! The first buyers pulled out after 10weeks of being sold because they decided they wanted the house for a lot less, which could have completely derailed our plans and potentially cost us our dream home. But Eddy and the team didn’t mess about — they got straight back on it, gave us loads of advice, kept us positive and managed to get our house sold again incredibly quickly. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just care about selling our house and taking their fee. They genuinely cared about getting our whole move over the line. They gave us loads of advice and help with the house we were buying too, even though it was being sold through another estate agent! That says everything about the sort of people they are. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always there when we needed advice, always straight with us, and they went above and beyond when we really needed them to. If you want an estate agent who actually cares, knows what they’re doing and will fight your corner, look no further. Eddy, Chris and George — you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Thank you for helping us get our house sold and into our dream home! If I ever sell a house again, I already know exactly who I’m calling. The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

I never had to chase for updates as he was always on the ball and kept in close contact. He was very helpful and supportive throughout, and I really appreciated all his help.

Isobel Howard deserves a special mention for her personal attention from the time of viewing all the way through to completion. She answered any questions I had, diligently seeking out the answers to any she didn’t know. I was a nervous (first time on my own) buyer and she provided explanations and assurances along the way to get me over the line. She also had a good relationship with the solicitors and seller, so was able to chase up where necessary. If she wasn’t available, like when a wanted an extra viewing, other members of the team stepped in and were equally kind and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, but particularly Isobel, who was very client-focused, including being by my side to understand and complete some of the online documents, as the solicitor’s operation was paper-free and consequently, all online.
