Supportive and extremely helpful it was reassuring to know they were dealing with all aspects of the let . The response is excellent with all questions answered promptly . Quentin has supported me to find the most suitable flat for me and after I have agreed to get the flat I am living in now. He was very kind and transparent through out the process. We followed up the flat requirements and informed me regarding to my request about the flat promptly. Strongly recommend !

11th Jun 2025 (5 days ago)I was recommended Profiles by a trusted friend in the town as a local independent Estate Agent that they had used in the past. I received a detailed and comprehensive professional service from Kirsty whom in my opinion went over and above expectations in explaining the process step by step. I was regularly updated with the progress of the sale and feedback from the few viewings we needed before selling my parents former home. I felt their fees are highly competitive and would not hesitate to recommend and use in the future
1st Mar 2025 (15 weeks ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

It was a long and sometimes difficult process mainly due to 2 selling chains collapsing near to exchange,no fault of Atkinson Stilgoe. On all 3 occasions that we sold STC,the buyers made an offer soon after our house went on the market and Shauna and colleagues were helpful in communicating with others involved in the chain.The web listing and video were outstanding. We are very thankful for their support and positivity during our roller-coaster experience.

Kept us updated with everything (our own estate agency didn’t and they didn’t keep my buyers updated either). 27th May 2025 (20 days ago)This might sound like a sales pitch but I’m genuinely chuffed with Wilkins!… I’ve recently purchased a property through Wilkins. Emerson was a great help from start to finish. Was instrumental in helping us initially purchasing our property. He was always there to speak to when needed, even out of hours. Paul, who went out out of his way to recommend areas, and viewins was a really top bloke. Jade, who bent over backward to get our sale over the line.. did things we never expected her to do! After using a few estate agents, I Would definitely recommend Wilkins to anybody looking to buy or sell within the area. Without them, I wouldn’t be in the property I’m chuffed about!
