11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

9th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I started to rent with Belvoir in Wellingborough at the start of January 2024. Helen and Anna were very helpful at quite a stressful time. So far, I'm a happy tenant! They are way better than 99% of letting agents I've worked with in the last 18 years.

Sam who helped us with the purchase was amazing from start to finish and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible so we completed in just 8 weeks ????Thankyou! Ross from the lettings side was also great and whenever we needed anything things were resolved quickly. Would highly recommend for letting for sales!

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
17th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)They were fine when I first took out the rental, but since I terminated the lease they've been awful. Unresponsive to emails, delaying returning the deposit, for a different reason every time I call them about it. Really disappointed in their total lack of professionalism. They're not even showing any common courtesy, in fact they are downright rude now. Like many other reviews I fully believe they are trying to retain as much of the deposit as they can for as long as they can. Be very wary if you are thinking of renting a property from them, they're exactly the kind of shoddy business that gives estate and letting agents a bad rep.

I am very happy I chose them as my agents as they did what my previous ones didn't and got my property sold within 2-3 months.

He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.

We received constant updates from them and nothing was ever too much trouble - often going above and beyond to ensure the transaction went through. They made the experience of moving easy and kept on top of the chain throughout so we always knew what was going on. Fully deserving of the 5* review.
