He understood requirements from both sides and worked very hard to bring us to consensus, leveraging the well deserved trust from both sides. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
25th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Gotta be a scam. Called 5-6 times, e-mailed numerous times. Can’t get any viewings, can’t get a callback. Most likely racially profiling and choosing who they contact. Shame because I found a property I really liked and was ready to pay the year upfront, but after reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t. Would stay away from this agency!!!

No Pressure he worked with me throughout the process he did not hesistate to advise if I had any queries outrages or not :). I look forward to my new reletionship with the company as I start my new journey in this new property.

Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

They maintained excellent communication during the entire process and were incredibly supportive in helping us settle into our property. We feel very fortunate to have been able to find our rental property with them, especially in contrast to some other agencies we encountered in London. We absolutely love our new home which we wouldn't have found without the help of Sam.
22nd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Really lovely people to speak to and deal with, made what's been a stressful flat hunt a big relief at the end. Special thanks to Reece and Asmita :D EDIT- nearly a year on and another great experience to renew the contract, really appreciated!

Ultimately James "won the prize" however it has been a pleasure at all times dealing with both of them. They have been polite, considerate, and good at keeping us up to date on everything; and James was especially good at pushing through on our completion date and keeping us posted on the progress. I can highly recommend them.
24th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)If there is such a thing as a dream estate agent concept, it is personified by Malcolm, for sure. Knowledgeable, likeable, patient, always reassuring. I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. I was blessed to have Malcolm on my side and without him I am not sure I could have made it through! I will keep as my friend forever, as I am so grateful. Remus

His market awareness, energy and enthusiasm made me feel I was in great hands. He gave great impartial advice and it was clear regardless of outcome that he wanted us to find the right place. Pleasure to work with, made the process enjoyable and was always on hand super responsive. Will be recommending several people I know moving to the area to try Hamptons first. They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed. Nathan’s communication has been great the whole way through and he has kept me at ease during what can be a very stressful time! Thank you!

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
