Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

16th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)After a very bad experience with Connells and several wasted months we decided to go with Skitts Wednesbury and it was the best decision we made. Tanya and her team were fantastic and despite the house having already been on the market a while they sold it really quickly and at asking price. Sadly a few months later the sale fell through jeopardising not only our onward purchase but also a place for our son at our chosen secondary school. We were quite distraught but Tanya and Clare were so supportive and reassuring. They pulled out all the stops and within 24 hours of re-listing the house we had 18 viewings penciled in for the weekend. We had 3 offers in by Monday morning at asking price and above which meant we didn't loose our dream home. Clare became our rock through the completion process and took so much of our anxiety and worries away. We cant thank them enough. We're not planning on moving again any time soon but to anyone who is id whole heartedly recommend them.

We called up and spoke with Gennie who was very helpful and recommended James Goodman as we needed a surveyor for a split title deeds survey.<br><br>James came out to meet us, he was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable, offering lots of advice and ideas in how best to move forward for us in a unique situation.<br><br>James put us at ease making the whole process from start to finish an easy, smooth transition and all done in great time!<br><br>Highly recommend James and this company for anyone needing land surveying services.<br><br>Regards<br>Sam Turner

I was able to arrange viewings within 2 days that suits my schedule. The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. I high recommend skill to anyone local.

Our brocure and accompanying video were excellent. We received many viewings and offers leading to a successful sale. Communications were excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend Liz and Nicola.

7th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

He is knowledgeable about the local area and the property market, and it is clear that he knows what he is doing. He listens to your concerns and always does his best to find the right solution.<br>John was great in communication and kept me informed every step of the way. He even answered my call while he was on sick leave. He liaised effectively with both solicitors and the buyer, and I always felt that my sale was in the right hands and that he was on top of everything.<br>Everyone had told me to expect a long and stressful process, but with John by my side, it was smooth, straightforward, and much quicker than I expected. I am extremely pleased with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him.

His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. What stood out most was their honesty and local knowledge—Holly clearly understand the Hereford market and gave advice that genuinely helped the sale progress quickly and efficiently.
