I had only been looking for a house for about a month when I visited them, and I managed to get the keys to my new home in nearly two months!<br><br>The whole process was smooth and efficient, and they always gave me quick feedback and kept me updated. 25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Samuel Wood was engaged to promote and sell our late Mother’s house in Ludlow. We has previously tried two other agents in the town with no results. Samuel Wood were realistic and proactive. Communication was good and clear. Although due to a slow market and plenty of available properties it took some time a sale was achieved. I would happily recommend Samuel Wood to anyone buying or selling a property in Ludlow.

7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag. This shaved weeks off what otherwise could have been far more complex and difficult, had we relied solely on the solicitors.<br><br>They did an absolutely exceptional job; it's refreshing to see that level of professionalism." So we had him back to sell our family home,which we’ll be moving out of in 3 weeks time. This sold in 6 days. I’ve no doubt this is down to his knowledge and hard work,but also being on hand to answer Any questions ,and guiding us through the whole process was invaluable! Would certainly recommend.
