It was a very difficult purchase for Shari as the Vendor was very emotional about if he really did want to sell or not. Shari work so hard to balance emotions with the Vendor and me on the other side. She always kept in touch to let me know where it was up to all the way through. Great Credit to Jackson Stops.
13th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

28th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling is my mums and as I don’t still live in the area it was my brother who was the initial point of contact with Abode. They advised him to put the property on the market for an unrealistically high price and not surprisingly there was little or no interest. So, after weeks of little or no communication with Abode my brother went to see them . He was told the price was too high by someone other than the initial valuer.? So, price reduced to a more realistic level but still poor communication from Abode. We have since found a new agent.

We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression.
