I can't fault James and Harry who always provide excellent service and communication when things need fixing within the flat and haven't let me down yet. Credit to James who is always at the end of the phone morning noon & night, he does his job to an exceptionally high standard. It's very well organised, the team are polite, understanding and efficient. Cheers for all your help and assistance this last year.

My experience on both occasions has been exemplary. My first sale was a commercial property, and more recently a residential property. The staff (with a special shout out to Sue and Jay) have been outstanding. Especially as through no fault of theirs, the sale took a long time due to probate etc, completing. I'd have no hesitation recommending them for commercial or residential appointments. Polite, professional and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else. Chris Shields
15th May 2024 (3 days ago)Shambles of a company. Cohesion and desperation to move us into a property with black mould and damage throughout. False advertisement on RIGHTMOVE and refused to refund us as we signed the tenancy before seeing the property (went off pictures on rightmove where no black mould could be seen) landlord took our 1.6k so she can ‘fix the property’ in order to get new tenants in. They seem to think painting over black mould is how you fix it.

I was updated at every step from the start to completion. I’d recommend Belvoir Haydock to anyone thinking of selling their property in the most stress free way! Special thanks to Lynn, Julie and Cath who I had the most communication with. Great team of hard working ladies.

Joanne took the lead and gave me as my mother's Attorney sound advice which I had no hesitation in following ... and the Bolton Properties team then expertly brought about a top of the valuation-range sale.

9th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)Disgusting customer service, rude and unprofessional. I have rented 2 properties through Cameron Mackenzie over 10 years, I've been in properties infested with mould, been in hospital with sickness yet every time you ring up nothing gets sorted and you get ignored. I've had neighbours with the same problems over the years who have also had small children with the same sort of problems and they have said the exact same, they have a horrible attitude towards you, belittle you and act like you are an inconvenience to them as soon as you ask them to do anything (like contact the landlord for repairs) and every time nothing gets done and they get away with it. On the other hand when they want something from you they will harass you, send you over 5 emails a day and constant phone calls trying to intimidate you but ignore you and leave you for months when you are in need of repairs effecting your health. They put me through so much stress when I fell pregnant, ignored dangerous repairs when I had a toddler living with me in the property, and then handed me a section 21 when they wouldn't fix anything, then blamed me for repairs they hadn't done. Luckily I had evidence of this and got most of my deposit back. They also lied about the dates the section 21 was given so luckily it was invalid, I realised this after I had spoken to shelter and checked the dates. The worst letting agency I have ever been with the company should be shut down it is that badly run. I have never been so happy to finally not have to deal with them anymore. Good luck to anyone renting through this horrendous letting agency.
