21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our new home through HF Devizes and had a really positive experience from start to finish.<br>Libby, Tom and Ryan were all fantastic to deal with; friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. What we particularly appreciated was how honest and open they were about the property, including the bigger-ticket concerns that come with buying an old cottage. At no point did we feel things were being glossed over or that we were being given the hard sell, which gave us a lot of confidence in the purchase.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, particularly when there are a few quirks and complexities involved, but the team were pragmatic, helpful and straightforward whenever we needed them.<br><br>We’re now very happily settling into our new home and would have absolutely no hesitation in buying through HF Devizes again. Highly recommended.

23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

He was efficient, flexible with what worked for our home life/ work schedule and a very stress free selling process and sold our home within one day of viewings - highly recommend.
16th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)My wife and I urgently needed to find somewhere to rent in Devizes after our intended house purchase fell through at the last minute and we were faced with probably losing our buyers. Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.- 21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Connells Swindon Old Town went above and beyond to make our move happen. It was incredibly difficult with many stumbling blocks but Connells was always there to help.<br><br>Brandon in particular stood out, negotiating a better deal for our purchase when we were forced to take a lower offer to keep our chain intact, wrangling the various difficult parties and solicitors and always keeping me updated and in-the-know, and providing some much-needed reassurance amongst the chaos.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Holly, who, when our first sale fell through and threatened to dissolve our chain, immediately stepped in with a first-time buyer already in mind and ready to go ahead. We had a new buyer in place within a few days.<br><br>The whole team, from sign-on to admin to viewings, were nothing short of fantastic. Some people complain that estate agents aren't worth the money. I can categorically say that Connells Old Town was. We couldn't have moved without them, and I doubt another estate agent would have done anywhere near as much for us.

I was very impressed with his attention to detail in the report and very quick turnaround and communication. Straight to the point and extremely helpful regarding my further questions about the property. I would highly recommend David. It was a pleasure to have him carry this work out for me.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
