14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.- 24th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Hamptons have been absolutely fantastic. We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

5th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)My wife and I had the pleasure of engaging Sam Tomlinson as our selling agent for our property in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Before we engaged Sam, we had sought out many other realtors in the area - even some of the big national brands. Unfortunately, the majority of them were unprofessional & tardy and there were some even to point of non responsiveness and or over commitments that simply were not attainable. From the time we first engaged Sam right until to the point when we closed the sale of the house, Sam exemplified expertise and professionalism to the core. The entire selling process went so smoothly despite Sam being in Maidenhead in the UK, and my wife and I were between California and Dubai. All our meetings were professional and highly productive albeit they being virtual. Sam was extremely courteous, highly responsive and very knowledgeable and advised us every step of the way. Despite Sam having to be away for a week, all matters pertaining to the sale was handled by another colleague without any disruption to the selling process. Sam’s professional advise on the indicative selling price, to his recommendations for re painting our house to fixing the electrical fixtures all led to a quick sale of our property at our expected selling price. We sold the house within less than a month of open viewings and closed the transaction within 2 months. The amazing this was this was all accomplished in an era where house prices were dropping and interest rates skyrocketing. Therefore it gives me great pleasure in recommending Sam Tomlinson and the good folks at Braxton for any real estate services in Maidenhead. Braxtons and Sam has my utmost confidence!

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Romans agency was managing the flat I was renting in Maidenhead.<br>In October 2025, I reported damp walls (the roof was leaking) and mould appearing because of the damp. By July 2026, nothing was done to fix the issue, and the agent did nothing to help end the contract due to unhealthy conditions, only repeating that the landlord wouldn't want to lose a tenant. Other, smaller issues - like insufficient water pressure, insufficient amount of hot water to be able to do the dishes and take a shower in the same evening, carpets falling apart and tearing into threads - weren't fixed either.<br>When I gave a notice, and the flat manager came to see the situation with the walls, and acknowledged it was bad, they nonetheless proceeded to try and find a new tenant to live in a wet mouldy flat with crumbling walls.<br>Now it has been over a month since my contract ended, and my emails about the deposit are simply ignored by Romans.<br>Just really hope that karma exists, both for the agent and the landlord.

A more recent member to the team Lauren, is highly motivated, quick to learn the workings of our estate and the challenges it brings. She always responds quickly with the aim to support and resolve any issues, an asset to an amazing team.

1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Overall I had a very good experience with Gascoigne-Pees. During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!
28th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Poorly vetted potential buyers.- 1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Although ultimately I was not able to secure the property I had hoped for, that was certainly not through any lack of effort on Jaya Dhillon's part or the Chancellor's team.<br><br>Throughout the process Jaya was exceptionally helpful, responsive and accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to try to make things work.<br><br>What impressed me most was Jaya’s approach. She was personable, patient and professional, answered my many questions, accommodated additional viewings and requests for information, and kept communicating with me throughout. Even when it became clear that the particular application was not going to have the outcome we had hoped for, she remained positive and continued looking at what other options might be available.<br><br>Property searches can be stressful, particularly when circumstances are not completely straightforward, and having an agent who treats you as a person rather than simply another applicant makes an enormous difference. Jaya and her line manager Shannon Corrigon did exactly that.<br><br>The outcome may not have been successful, but the service absolutely was. I was genuinely very impressed with Jaya, Shannon and Chancellors overall and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her or the team.
28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Five stars – patient and tenacious<br><br>We accepted an offer on our property and finally completed six months later. The delay wasn't down to our agent, Stuart Lawson at Lawsons. It came from problems in the chain below us, which was consistently slow and disorganised, and turned what should have been a simple sale into a farce.<br><br>Despite that, Stuart stuck with it. He chased every party in the chain, week after week, and kept us informed even when things were convoluted for no reason. He never let the sale drift or lose momentum. It would have been easy for progress to stall completely given how things were moving elsewhere in the chain, but he kept pushing until we got there.<br><br>If you want an agent who treats a sale as their job to see through, not just to list and forget, Stuart Lawson at Lawsons is who I'd recommend.

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market. Highly recommend anyone to use them if looking for a property in Maidenhead. Thank you both so much!!!!
