11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

The speed at which they responded to emails was incredible—nothing was ever too much trouble. Gary was outstanding; every time we emailed, he answered all our questions thoroughly, leaving us never in doubt about what was happening. He was always polite, kind, and so understanding of the stress involved. On top of that, he went above and beyond by chasing solicitors, something we didn’t expect, and it made a huge difference in keeping things on track. We also want to thank Jeremy for making our sale as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have asked for better support—truly outstanding!
