All emails replied to in the same day and anything that needed further investigation, he would call and inform me ASAP keeping me fully in the loop throughout the entire purchase.<br><br>Thank you both very much, you’re truly an asset to the team!

He had my home sold within two weeks and although I didn’t end up buying a home from him, he was constantly offering me properties. Big thanks to the rest of the team for all your efforts!

From the very beginning of the process right through to completion, the service we received was exceptional.<br><br>We always felt that everything was being handled professionally and that we were being kept fully informed. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had a question or needed an update, we received a prompt, helpful and reassuring response.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. We never felt like just another property on the books — there was a genuine commitment to getting our sale through and dealing with any issues that arose along the way.<br><br>We are extremely grateful for all the hard work, patience and support that went into our sale, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an estate agent.<br><br>A huge thank you, especially to Charlene and Jack, for helping us successfully sell our home and move on to the next chapter.

8th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)I would use these agents again definitely. From viewing to check-in to check-out I am pleased with the agents. Especially Debbie, who did the checks during our tenancy, her communication, knowledge and action was 1st class. The paperwork process initially was clear and simple. We reported faults and they were acted upon with expediency. When the in home checks were carried out Debbie made me feel comfortable whilst identifying or pointing out issues and solutions. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Seems like a lovely company to work with based on my experience, we rented via Oliver Minton for 15months. My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

19th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Awful experience. Lack of communication, lying to prospective buyers. Late and unprofessional with viewings, staged false viewings, just couldn’t be bothered. As for professional standards, brochure was a disaster of poor photos, false information, website never updated and a contract which equated to a scribbled mess if I’m honest. Altogether a dreadful experience that cost us both in time and financially. They admitted truth but no apology. Wish we had never trusted them. Maybe they have become too complacent and need to retire. All staff are incompetent and that comes from the top.
8th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)If possible I’ll give them zero star, NEVER rent with them. Their properties are unkept with bedbugs and you might never get your deposit back from them. They are unorganized set of people especially Ben and Liam are so rude. ADVICE NEVER RENT WITH THEM

They helped us chase all other parties, and get us to completion day. We bought through them years ago, sold through them this time and would sell or buy through them again without doubt

20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Firstly I like to thank Peter, Ted and Joe for being an absolutely friendly, super efficient and professional service they provided.<br>I started selling my house with another local company I was with them for 10 weeks and not one viewing. I was then recommended Peter Cuffaro from a friend and never regretted it.<br>Peter and his team are excellent from the start, from evaluation to completion.<br>Photos were very impressive (even I was tempted to buy my own house). They recommended a solicitor who they work with and have a great communication. The solicitor was also an excellent choice. The team showed people around my house with professionalism and respect to my home. Every step of the way I had good communication from them. If you asked a question they're knowledgeable with answers if they didn't know they'll find out and get back to you. Peter and his team did not just help the selling of my property they helped with the purchase of another which wasn't even in their area. Their goal was to take as much pressure of you and to make sure the transaction of both properties go through as smoothly as possible. Buying a property these days is a different concept to about 15-20 years ago, more stressful and confusing but this team helped me all the way.<br>If I could give them 6 stars I would.<br>Forget about other Estate agents in the area Peter Cuffaro is the only one to go to.
