Not impressed at all, particularly with the post sale completion process which was at best shambolic. Higher commission than other estate agents in South Croydon/Sanderstead, poor marketing, and dreadful after sales. I would use Pollard Machin or Barnard Marcus in the future.

Kerry Harris is a highly professional individual, she is just an amazing person to work with, she will put you at ease if there are any issues and keep you updated throughout. She went far and beyond to sell my property, very easy to contact and she replies within minutes.

I would highly recommend Kerry and her team at the Sanderstead branch, they offered great service from start to finish. I found everyone at the branch to be helpful and reliable, completely professional. The advice they gave on market value was spot-on, I don't think we could have done better. I would definitely use them again (although I'm not planning to move anytime soon!)

Having been out of the house selling market for a few years my wife and I were very unsure of where to start. Were we glad that we chose this office of Bairstow Eves.
