It was my first time using Bairstow Eves. The agent, Quentin, gave very clear explanations during the viewing and was extremely helpful while preparing the tenancy agreement. I'm very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

Excellent service from start to exchange ,, , kept us informed and were “on the case” with enquiries and feedback . The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????

I had a very positive experience with the Bairstow Eves - Stratford Sales Team throughout the purchase of my new home. It was a long and sometimes complicated process, but the team were professional, helpful and supportive throughout.
I really appreciated their communication, patience and willingness to step in, follow things up and help keep the sale moving forward whenever needed, particularly during the final stages.
Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but having a team that is approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to help makes a huge difference.

Absolutely exceptional service from Jon and Sophie! I recently completed a very difficult and stressful selling process, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Jon and Sophie. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to keep everything on track.Whenever obstacles arose, they stepped in with professionalism, expert advice, and immense patience. Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. I highly recommend this agency and cannot thank Jon and Sophie enough for their outstanding dedication!

We cannot thank Tiarnae enough for everything she did throughout both our home sale and purchase. From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. I'm not usually one to write reviews but also believe in shouting about great customer service when I receive it.<br>The team in Shirley have been an absolute dream to work with; professional, approachable and with a real can do attitude.<br>Nothing I asked was ever too much for them and they made the whole process so smooth from start to finish.<br>Overall, a great experience and would 100% recommend their services.

The best estate agents in town! ?????<br><br>I’ve spent the past year or so looking for a home, with a modest budget and a wish list that was perhaps a little more ambitious! It hasn’t been an easy search, and there have been more than a few disappointments along the way. But the team at Bairstow Eves have made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>From Louise’s diligence and forward thinking, to Jonathan’s charm, character and expertise, Corinne’s knowledge and gentle reassurance, and Nick’s efficiency and ability to get things moving, everyone has brought something special to the journey. Louise and Johnathan were especially exceptional; what a team!<br><br>They’ve reassured me through the setbacks, kept my spirits up and never made me feel that finding the right home was too much to ask. When my optimism was running low, they always seemed to have some in reserve.<br><br>Now, in September 2026, they’ve helped me find my forever home. There’s still the final stretch to go, but I’m so grateful to have them alongside me.<br><br>Thank you all for your patience, kindness and hard work.
