Yvette White of Barnard Marcus was just amazing so helpful and kind when she came to do the valuation. We had other work going on but she was very understanding and patient.<br>Yvette Was meant to be away the following week but made sure we got the appraisal before she went away.<br>Really admire her professionalism.<br>Also thanks to Emma at the office.<br>I highly recommend Barnard Marcus for all letting and sales and also Yvette she is so unlike an estate agent which is quiet refreshing to say the least.

I’ve once again had a wonderful experience with the team at Barnard Marcus West Kensignton. Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.<br>I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!

We've met few agents from various agencies recently and Andrea has stood out as a great person to look after us. Friendly, professional, answers all possible questions one might have looking for a new home. She's very efficient in arranging viewings and in understanding our needs as clients. I've even said to friends, Andrea is the type of agent you want when selling or purchasing a property! Encouraging and respectful at the same time, you feel genuinely looked after very well.<br>We would also like to add, a mention to other exceptional person we've met at this BM branch - Darren, the mortgage broker, who offered us guidance and advice, he is also someone we would recommend our friends to see and discuss their requirements with. Darren was very understanding and helpful in understanding mortgage related requirements.
